I ordered zucchini sticks and veggie burger for takeout aug 25th evening. I'm pretty convinced the zoo sticks were refried or... rebaked again. They were all mushy and burnt. I was pretty disappointed. It was a total waste of money. Read more
White Spot always delivers.. our experience today was excellent , there were a few large family groups and yet we were seated... immediately and order taken quickly. Quality of the food was very good. Although I do prefer their original classic blueberrypie recipe.. this new blueberry pie dessert is not great and I would not recommend it to true dessert affiicionadoes. Stopped by White Spot in Squamish after spending a few days in Whistler. We ordered their burgers (Monty Mushroom and the Bacon... and Brie Beef Burger), Spaghetti Bolognese and the Humboldt Squid and the blueberry pie. I also tried the Twisted Bellini. Ourfood was so good. The burgers were huge and juicy. I love the flavour of arugula instead of lettuce in the Bacon and BrieBurger. The Humboldt Squid appetizer was so fresh and tasty. It didn't taste fishy and it was so tender, no hint of chewinessat all. The blueberry pie was filled with fresh, sweet blueberries and topped with whipped cream. Yum! The only thing thatdisappointed me was the Bellini. It looked really good but tasted too artificial. I'm still giving them a 5 star rating due tothe excellent service from our server Aidan. He was friendly, engaging and attentive. We noticed his great attitude towardscustomers. You can tell he likes his job We noticed how friendly he was to other customers too. Recently had lunch here after telling our European guests (2 young adults, one our niece) about the interesting menu White Spot... always has. We were greeted by a very personable young man, and the friendly service continued. We had 4 different meals (plus achocolate milk shake) and all were excellent. The fries were perhaps not up to the usual standard, but the food was tasty andgenerous. I would like to emphasize that the staff, especially our waiter (Aiden), was very efficient and had great customerinteractions. Thanks for giving our guests such a positive impression of a nice and reliable Canadian restaurant. Read more
