Horrendous experience. I had to repeat my order more than 10 times (no exaggeration) in BOTH languages because there were so... many employees socializing and not working that they couldn't hear the orders. And they were maskless!! They still had the orderwrong at the pick-up window so waited even longer and did not get what I wanted in the end because I gave up asking for it. What a mess. Unfortunately, half my food was cold, fridge cold, while the other half was warm. My wrap was leaking from the bottom and there... were burnt crumbs of something else in the bottom of the box. Very dissapointed. Read more
Seriously would watch the attitude of the employees. Don't make fun of clients or accuse them of things like not talking clearly... on purpose. They visibly made fun of me for an accent and treated me like I was stupid. This behavior should not be tolerated.This experience happened at the drive-thru. Read more
