Horrendous experience. I had to repeat my order more than 10 times (no exaggeration) in BOTH languages because there were so... many employees socializing and not working that they couldn't hear the orders. And they were maskless!! They still had the orderwrong at the pick-up window so waited even longer and did not get what I wanted in the end because I gave up asking for it. What a mess. Clearly no one was in charge. I won't spend my money here again. Read more
Unfortunately, half my food was cold, fridge cold, while the other half was warm. My wrap was leaking from the bottom and there... were burnt crumbs of something else in the bottom of the box. Very dissapointed. Read more
Seriously would watch the attitude of the employees. Don't make fun of clients or accuse them of things like not talking clearly... on purpose. They visibly made fun of me for an accent and treated me like I was stupid. This behavior should not be tolerated.This experience happened at the drive-thru. Read more
The woman at the drive-through almost was very rude. Didn't even look at me, almost screamed at me because i didn't say the... bread i wanted from the start. Really bad experience. I got there often because i work in front of it and everytime it's her myexperience is bad. Read more
The worst tim Horton that ever exists. They make meat sandwiches without meat.mistakes after mistakess. I will open a new coffee... shop next to them soon so people can have better service and they can go away.The owners don't even care. They don't even replyback to their customers. I was happily surprised of the good service, great ambiance and cleanliness of the place considering all the other Tims I go to.... I never come here because I live further. The team had a good spirit and seemed to be having fun while giving a great service!Lots of staff on hand. Polite, smiling and helpful. Read more
