Ordering through the app is a... breeze and it's always ready before I park and go inside for the sandwich. Ridiculous service, they don?t follow instructions and confuse you by multiple people asking what you want in the sandwich, the... particular individual there asked me where I was from after I asked him to put in a specific extra ingredient they had and wasbasing my requests off what my ethnicity was from. It?s 2022 you cannot be doing this nonsense, franchise owner - maybe youshould have more regard in hiring quality workers who do not base customers on their ethnicity. To be exact the employee waswearing glasses, and seemed of a south Asian descent. Beware and try to stay away from such franchises since they ruin thereputation of the actual brand. Read more

They don?t follow sanitization properly Paid while my sub was heating and cashier took my money and gave me my change Then went... and was going to start putting the ingredients into my sub I had to tell her before she started, to change her GLOVES as she hadjust touched money I should NOT be reminding anyone how to be clean. Somedays days I love this place and other times... Hate to say it this way but the "white man" that works there is a program.... Let me explain. He is to quick. Has no emotions. Doesn't take his time to confirm if I like the way it's done. When you ask forsomething different, he glitches and most of the time, it's too late because he already finished your order. Update: Went there again today. Employee fiddles with an electronic device while making sandwiches for uber. Next made my... sandwich all wrong. Being a subway manager for 6 years and and Employee for another 4 im appalled to learn these guys aren'ttrained properly. No cutting the bread at 45 degree angle, when filling the sandwiches they put the veges all over the placerather then bottom portion of the sandwich, slathering the sauce everywhere like a madman rather then on the upper portion ofthe sandwich where the meat is. Also he had alot of facial hair and hair sticking out from the sides. This new owner will goout of business fast if he doesnt correct these issues. Subway customers, loyal ones, know how sandwiches are made and beingconsistent is key. Pretty pathetic service as usual here. Not friendly at all, distracted by her cell phone ringing, was inhurry to get rid of us. One quick small line of sauce, tiny portions of veggies. Asked for cups for water just tossed it on thecounter. Last time I came the male employee used his gloves to do the cash, sandwich and pick up a knife from the floor.Unbelievable. I worked for subway for 10 years and manager of 6. I would never have tolerated that. Cant believe Raffik would. Read more

Used to be fine but recently has gone downhill over the past year, this time we went and our sandwiches clearly hadn?t been... toasted for long enough, the chicken was borderline cold and the bread was also pretty stale. Employee was also very slow (about20 mins for 3 fairly simple sandwiches) and the building itself was like a sauna, despite it being fairly mild outside. Read more

Convenient place to get a quick sandwich. The service is average at best. Can't complain too much since most of them are high... schoolers and are likely making minimum wage. They could be a bit more generous with the toppings though. Read more
