They have a homoguy who works nightshift at the st.albert location and he is absolutely rude as can be, DOESNT cook anything... properly, doesn't even know what the restursnt he works at serves and takes forever. Read more
The guy they have working night shift he just doesn't care about his job at all, he never cooks anything properly, he's rude, he... doesn't even know what they do and don't sell and I've had to remind him before " yes you do sell that it's in the back go look" and he'll get angry at being asked to do his job. They have a homoguy who works the night shift and he's extremely rude, never cooks anything properly and despite me being nice... to him he's always just a jerk. My guess is he's been put down alot in life but still no reason to treat customers withoutrespect. I live in Jensen lakes so thus location is closest but now I drive the extra few kilometers and go to the A&W on 137thave: they actually make there food fresh and the workers at the night time are polite. Absolutely horrible management. There was a female manager who promised me a meal replacement when I called about hair in my... food. Next day I go in it's a male manager, he tells me he cannot give me the replacement I was promised. He showed me rhe notefrom the female manager with my name and ohone number on it and said it was not valid because I did not text him a photo of themeal of mine with hair in it. I have no idea what's going on with this place but I just ate part of the most disgusting burger I have ever had. Something was... wrong with the meat it was a light brown grey color and completely tasteless. I have never spit out a A&W burger it's myfavourite burger joint, but I had to throw it out it was making me nauseous. So disappointing I hate wasting food but that washorrid! If this ever repeats I'm gonna have to walk away from my favourite burgers which just sucks. Read more
The all Canadian plate is great for a sit down breakfast. This location has a little sink area kitchenette. Nice spot.
