DON’T GO HERE! Where do I start, started with waiting 15 minutes for a drink order only to have it split on me and my... kids. Then our server disappeared, no manager came to check on us, no one. I went to the front to ask someone to take our orderand as I walk up the hostess walks away to wipe a table, with no line at the door. The manager comes by to say he will sendsomeone, his excuse for the gong show? “I just got here”. Lots of good restaurants nearby, avoid this one. Read more
Absolutely terrible service, took 20 minutes to sit down after walking in. For another 15 minutes we sat there at the table... which was poorly cleaned and Didn’t get water, a menu or even a glance from a server. After we finally managed to track downsomeone that actually worked at this ‘restaurant’, we decided to order wings as we figured ordering something large ordifficult was asking for issues due to the problems we had already seen before ordering. After another 40-45 minutes of waitingafter ordering we asked our server to check on our order, they quickly rushed back with our wings. We ordered 3 servings ofwings, and 2 were the wrong flavour as well as cold to the touch. Never returning. Read more
Pasta Tuesday, and Oilers Game?? My Dad had the Baked Macaroni, and I had the 7 Cheese Ravioli with meat sauce. The service was... wonderful, and fun. When the Game starts they go around with a bucket, and you pick a puck with an Oiler's number. When thatnumber scores you WIN, you win a Free appetizer?? Meet with a friend on a regular basis but this time our server Teresa L outdid any previous server by far. She smiled, was... cheerful and welcoming and made sure everything about our order was correct. She checked up on the order after delivery andagain as our meal progressed. Never went in except to see if they would honor A gift card received when purchasing Oiler 50/50 I didn’t realize they... expired I asked if they would honor it as most places do No dice, Manager stated there’s no way they will get the money backso they couldn’t accept We also received a Brewhouse one at the same time, Brewhouse said not problem as most didn’t realizethey expired Our group went there to eat instead BP replied to this , they asked me to do an internal review on their site andthey would review the concerns, I did as they asked, left an email and phone number No response, businesses shouldn’t reply topoor reviews if you have no intention of doing anything about it. What can I say exact amazing, absolutely amazing. It was pretty quiet since we were here later in the day but we came in for the... Pancookie and a few drinks which tasted great. We had two servers here, Landon and Kennedy and they were absolutely delightful.Very pleasant experience and I will be back! Read more
