We reserved the party room this evening as it's my nephews 11th birthday. 20 people in our family so the party room was perfect.... It allowed us to mingle and the children to play with their cousins. All 20 of us left extremely happy with our experiencetonight. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. We more than appreciate the extra care providedwith allergies. The service was top notch and the food delicious. We are all stuffed. The birthday boy felt very special. Thankyou so much. We will definitely be booking with you again for future family gatherings. Read more
Admittedly I was not very impressed with my recent visit. From what I could see the place was not overly busy. But we were met... with longer than expected wait times. We witnessed a few tables seated after us, served before us. Our server assumed a sidedish for our son instead of asking what he wanted. No one stopped by to check up and ask how the food was or offer drinkrefills. Overall the quality of service was suffering. Maybe lack of staff? maybe lack of training? Maybe just busy beyond whatthe eye can see as a patron. But I can safely say I will not be returning. Read more
Customer service is poor at best. Was waiting 10 minutes on hold for the manager before I gave up. After 2 1/2 hours I sent the... food back it wasn’t fit to eat. I will try to get my money back from my credit card. I will never be back. If I could give anegative number I would. Negative 10 Read more
We both had ordered pizzas (Deluxe & GWN) They were both amazing! Great sauce and cheese coverage along with great amount of... toppings. Baked perfectly to have a crunchy edge on the crust with cheese. Pop refills were kept up great. Hands down bestBoston Pizza out there. Read more
We've eaten at this location many times, as have most of us sports parents. However, the reason I'm writing this review is due... to the support and treatment that this restaurant provided to my daughter. My daughter is a U16 sports player who called thisrestaurant during a team bottle drive and the manager was lovely and incredibly supportive. This location donated some of theirbottles to the team, without hesitation. To me, this is why you should chose this location, they are supporting our localassociations. Our server today was a nightmare lol. We were sat at table number 12. We didn't have to wait long for the food, but we didn't... get any cutlery, so we had to wait another 10 minutes for them. She never checked up on us and was quite rude and impolitewhenever we asked for a refill on our drinks. We couldn't finish our food and wanted to take them out. However, we waited foranother 30 freaking minutes before somebody came to our table for the bill and the boxes. The guy that came was nice andapologized, and even gave us 10$ credit off our bill. We appreciated it but to be honest we were starting to get very irritatedbecause of the server. Read more
Very disappointing experience. The pepperoni on my son's ham and pepperoni pizza was burnt to a crisp and not edible. My... husbands shrimp taco, had no shrimp. None at all. My burger was ok, but there are definitely far better burger options providedby other restaurants. Overall, this was a sad meal and we will never order from this Boston Pizza again. Read more
My family and I come to this location all the time, especially on Wednesdays for Wing night! Each time we come, we’re greeted... by the most wonderful staff member there Wally, who’s always friendly and outgoing. He’s got Great customer service whilealways staying professional.
