Absolutely outstanding service and food during our Chefs Table experience at Central. Can honestly say it was the best dining... experience I have had in a very long time. Our server for the night, Mikhayla was extremely friendly and knowledgeable andtreated us very well. Restaurant manager was exceedingly welcoming and made sure our experience was top notch. Central Social Hall is by far my favourite restaurant in Edmonton! I love the vibe and atmosphere, the staff are very... professional and welcoming, and the food is AMAZING! My fave meal on the planet is the Ronald burger and fries. I frequent thisrestaurant as a guest and also host a majority of my personal and corporate events here (birthday parties, Christmas parties,fundraisers) because I know our group will be in the best hands. I had the "Great Nate" burger. It was a special custom made burger by the chef and it was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Very fresh with... a lovely flavor combination! It was an alright night. We started off with some craft beers. Mine Boogaloo was served in a luke warm glass and feeling not... like a cold one. But whatever. Maybe first pour of the night. Got Our drinks. Thinking maybe are you ready to order. But no.Just drinks dropped off and another two passes before asking our order. Seemed a bit long. no problem. Ordered up some Perogiesand sausage and a Hot cheddar bacon spinach dip. Spinach dip was nice and piping hot. I cannot Say the same for Perogies. Iasked our waitress if anyone complains about the temperature of the Perogies she said ?no oo I?m sorry. Let me check with thekitchen?. I thought she would come back with some sort of feedback as i wasn?t asking for anything to be done just a test oncustomer service when we all know we pay alot for things these days. Wish I remembered the bartenders names would give a huge shout out. The guys made us lots of real good and different shots which... were amazing only had some wings but they were delicious and just cooked how they should be. Atmosphere was friendly place wasclean and they have private bathrooms which were actually clean too! Ordered the Cure gluten free* and the finger bowl (not gluten free). *For the french fries we didn't ask of they had dedicated... fryers With that being said the meals were delicious. We popped in for happy hour and a bite to eat. We were served by the twins. They did a great job. We really liked the menu... options. The happy hour prices were good. I had the backyard burger and poutine. The burger was over cooked a little but I?msure that?s not the way they normally serve them. Decent flavour and quality. Felt that it was priced appropriately.
