You need to give yourself extra time. The two occasions I went to the KFC there was a 20 minute wait for chicken. I guess that... means it?s fresher. Not impressed with the choice of pieces in our 10 piece bucket 4 legs, 1wing, 4 thighs 1 keel. As well, thechicken was very tasteless. Not sure where the original recipe went?? Read more

Sadly KFC is usually a disappointment to me, however, this location ROCKS! They nail it every. Single. Time! Great customer... service, super quick, never get the order wrong. Excellent staff!!! Read more

I met Col Saunders when he opened a restaurant in my hometown back in 1972. The decor would do him proud, the food not so much!... It was tasteless, greasy and definitely NOT finger lickin' good! What happened to his original recipe? Please use it! Read more

How do you do a review of KFC? The only thing you can do is rate it against other KFC's you have been to. This store is a newer... location. Quality - 7 out of 10 ( a Little More Greasy than Average) Service - 6 out of 10 (Okay but whom ever served me couldhave been a little friendlier. Not that they were not friends but you know, we all like to be treated somewhat like they arehappy to see us. Especially when you are the only customer there) Read more

Worst experience ever! I'm in shock that it came from the Manager Randy. Working in the food industry for 20 years I cant... imagine letting a customer walk away so upset. I went in with coupons, was told I need to place the order online to use thatcoupon. Ok fair enough, can't choose pick up from this location needs to be delivery. Ok, dumb because I'm here but I have ahungry family at home so I'll get it delivered. I live 2 blocks away and my address is not recognized. Nothing they can do! I'vedone everything possible as a customer and still don't have supper. Never again! Read more

Went to their drive through and got a 20 piece bucket meal. Got home and realized there was no napkins, no ketchup, and only the... bucket. This wasn't too big of an issue as we were having dinner at home, but the chicken was so dry (white+dark meat). Thefries were also stale for some reason even though the drive home was less than 2 minutes. Disappointed as this is a new locationand was hoping for better. Read more

Tried this new standalone KFC for the first time today. I must say I am pleasantly surprised. We hought a variety bucket -... everything is cooked perfectly. No puddle of grease at the bottom of the bucket! Thankfully we have a better option in St Albertnow than that other KFC/Taco Bell. Read more
