Everytime I go they always forget majority of our food. Most times it's all just thrown into the bag when it's not hard to put... things in a bag nicely. Some of the front staff are really nice and polite but there's been a few times were I have gone andone of the managers have been real nasty towards other staff members. Yes places get busy and it can be stressful but there's noreason to be so rude like that especially when customers can hear it. Also had other staff working on drive thru get mad at howcustomers order and then say they will park them and wait for thier food just out of spite because of how they ordered thierfood..... We come to this McDonald?s location frequently and today, our experience was horrid. After going through the drive thru 2 times... our order was still not correct, and the lady at the window helping us, Mary Kay, was extremely rude and disrespectful. When wewent inside to talk to the manager about the issues we were having she dismissed us and laughed. Will not be coming back, Isuggest all of you do the same. Read more
My first order of a quarter pounder, medium fries no salt and root beer no ice was not good because the root beer was flat and... no straw was in the bag. The manager that night was good and promised a replacement meal, when I got there the manager onshift almost dismissed me without replacing my meal but after a phone call the meal was replaced and everything was good thesecond time. The CO2 was still not replaced for the carbonated drinks as I tried it again this evening. Kitchen crew did a goodjob, front counter staff need to be stricter with there staff to stay on top of things. If we were able to do it, so can you. Read more
Normal a good drive threw but I sat at the order board for 2 minutes and kept saying hello? Then I just drove to the window and... sat there awhile as he talked on the headset to another employee. Until I interrupted to tell hum I never had a chance to orderbecause nobody answered. My son always wants extra pickles and he received 2 pickles slices. Pretty sure that is the Norm. Read more

I continue to be intrigued by the "waffle fries". Cold, undercooked and less than waffly. When asked at the counter, staff... member defended the waffle fries, then took the box into the back, added a couple of warm waffle fries on top and gave it back.This would be a 1-star review but I actually thought it was pretty funny, so 2-stars for you. They got the order wrong, okay. We go back and try to get the order fixed. They get it wrong again. They are rude the entire... time. Wow. Terrible. I am sorry. I love Mcdonalds, but this is a false idol, an imitation of the real experience. Please go to adifferent McDonalds location. The night shift crew at least is a total joke. Read more
