Its been a while since we bought pizza from here and usually the food has be pretty decent. The 2 large pizzas we brought home... from this location yesterday were tasteless, and we don?t even have COVID. I think the cook forgot an ingredient or two. Won?tbe going back anytime soon. Read more
Poorly Prepared Wings - Do not order wings with sauce Ordered 2 lg. Pizza's and 2 X 40 boxes of wings. The 2 for 1 pizzas were... OK, the Salt and Pepper Wings were OK, unfortunately the BBQ wings were floating in BBQ sauce which had been poured over thecooked wings in the box, rather than being lightly coated with the sauce in a bowl then placed in the box. The 2 pizzas and theSalt and Pepper wings were all eaten, the drenched BBQ wings were left uneaten. It would only take a few minutes to do itright. Never Again. Read more
The last three times I have ordered here, it has been between 15-30 minutes late. And when I mentioned it tonight, I was told to... call the number and complain there, and to "be more understanding." In addition to the young man at the desk being terse, andcompletely lacking any form of customer service based on how he interacted with me, people on the phone and at least 2 othercustomers that I saw while waiting for my food.They used to have good service, but it's gone downhill the past couple months.Not sure why. I order from pizza 73 all the time at this exact store. Never had a problem until tonight. We got our food and my boyfriend saw... a hair on it and then another one... And then another one. Completely turned me off now to pizza 73. They replaced our pizzawhich I appreciate but I'm really grossed out and the hair almost looks intentional. Read more
The staff are so amazing! Always very friendly and helpful. One time my young son and his friend were waiting with me... (precovid!) inside for a pick up and the owner gave them each a pop (also asked if I wanted one but I declined). A smallmeasure, but just goes to show how much they value their patrons and community. This is my favourite of the Pizza 73 locations. I am a regular here, and the owner treats me as such. He always asks me how I... am today. One day I told him I was tired and he gave me a Coke for free to pep me up while waiting for my pizza. One day Iasked him how where the onion rings that they sold as I have never tried them, a few minutes later he came back with a couple offreshly cooked onion rings for me to try out. Best of all, as an AMA member, he gives a discount to the walk in customers. Great place in my opinion. Read more
I find Pizza 73 typically has decent prices and fairly decent pizza. It's not the best, but not the worst and definitely worth... what they charge. This particular store was pretty quick when I walked in and ordered my one topping walk-in special. Read more
Ordered large pepperoni pizza ..owner arrived late opening ..followed her in..no response. .another person went out to get... coffee and returned approximately 10 min later .did not ask if order taken .poor customer service..pizza horrible ..tasted likecardboard .no cheese visible ..one piece pepperoni on each slice ..bitter sauce ...threw in garbage ..I always order inkingsway Pizza 73 ..they are the best ..accomadting what I ask for ..tasty ...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ....NOT INTERESYEDIN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR QUALITY OF PIZZA...
