Thomas was unhappy, unfriendly person to take our order today, again???? I remember him from last visit in September 2022, I was... asking if I could get my free drink for my birthday since I live 4 hours away from the city and no Starbucks there (and Icouldn?t come back to the city since I had to work). Thomas was not smiling but being very serious and told me straight to myface ?NO WE CAN?T DO THAT.? I was not trying to steal a drink but just wanted to get my birthday drink since the other lady didthat for me the other year when I explained my situation. I was surprised to see him again and still here. I hope he won?t breakother people?s heart in the future, please be kind and flexible to some people who really do not have access to Starbucks intheir home community. About three years ago I was at this Starbucks, struggling with the hardest time of my life. One of the baristas could tell and... wrote on my cup "I hope your day gets better". Just being seen made such a difference and I think about that kindness often.Never got the chance to thank her. Thank you. Read more

1.The service was fast! They had made an amazing surprise me drink as well(may honestly be my go to drink now). I had gotten a... pup cup for my puppy and they were very patient when she got a little scared of them. They were very friendly and smiled a lot.I had a lot of fun and I will definitely be going back!!!!! The picture attached is what drink they had given me if someonewants to try it out. 2. I had returned there on the 30th of August to get another surprise drink!! Maddy was the barista at thewindow and on the intercom. She was so cheerful and very kind. The drink she made for me was absolutely amazing!! I will alwaysbe coming back to this Starbucks. (These baristas really need a raise) Read more

Not a real sense of urgency on completing our order. There are five drinks and they completed an order for other people in... between completing mine first. They were busy but they need some management to focus on one thing at the time. They also onlyhad pictures of food to purchase so I imagine the box in the back was where the ?fresh? snacks came from lol. Read more
