Where to start. My coffee tastes different every time I go to the point where I completely stopped going and just make my coffee... at home, if I'm running late I just don't drink coffee. The staff has argued with me about promotions literally infront of me onthe sign while I'm ordering ($1 hockey cards with beverage) and the food is just awful. If you get a wrap the top half is wrapand everything else is balled up at the bottom. I could go on for days about how frustrated this place makes me. Read more
Food is good, service very poor and slow. Usually a mistake in an order!
Service and quality has gone downhill. If you don't have enough product to make orders, communicate that to your customers,... instead of ripping them off. Read more

So last night, my brother and I pulled up to the drive thru to grab coffee before a long road trip and the lovely ladies got our... order and proceeded to hand them out at the window. However their espresso machine began to act funny, to no fault of their ownI might add (I?ve worked at a cafe I understood technical difficulties happen time to time). The ladies asked us to park at thefront in less than 4 minutes a lovely person name Robyn came out and handed me my pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk. She wasso kind and bubbly and open with us about what happened, and proceeded to hand us the latte ?made with love?. Drive-thru is incredibly slow. Probably has more to do with customers that take forever to order and make additions at the... paying window. I just want a coffee! I shouldn't have to wait in line for 25 mins. Read more
Yesterday night it was so cold and I really wanted a hot tea after finishing my shopping at Walmart. So I popped over to this... location it was 10:50pm. I went through the drive thru where I was greeted by a very rude employee who promptly told me theywere closed despite the fact that they weren't closing for another 10 minutes. I was appalled. He informed me that he hadalready thrown everything out and refused to serve me. I told him that he was still open for another ten minutes and herepeatedly told me to leave. I asked for his manager information and he refused to give it, most likely because he knew he wasbreaking the rules. I will never visit this location again. Read more
