Bad customer service. Ordered a large turkey bacon club through the drive thru and received a regular. When I went in to see if... I could pay the difference and get an equivalent to a large, which is approximately $3.50. The supervisor said that wasn?tpossible and wanted to charge me for another regular sandwich that is $6.19. I wouldn't even give this tim hortons a star if it wasn't for the people during the week but never never go to this Tim's on a... Saturday morning. First off the girl working can't understand the intercom if you were talking right into the persons ear.Second, I ordered 2 coffees, she gives me one and tells me to have a good day and when I tell her I have a second (which is atotally different coffee) she brings me back the same coffee as the first! If I could give 0 I would. I stopped after work and went inside to get donuts. I stood there for 10 min and no one came up to... the counter. There was no line, no one in the drive though.
