Went in and ordered breakfast and coffee to go as Drive thru was extremely busy. First, there was no acknowledgement that there... was a few people in line inside, they were more focused on Drive thru. After about half hour, I finally received my cold coffeesand still had to wait an extra 10 min for breakfast wraps, which, after they were made were thrown up to me on the counter. Wasnot impressed at all. Being from out of town, we almost always manage to go to a Tim's as majority of the time, your staff arealways pleasant to the public. Will never stop there again. Read more

I am not sure what happened to this location. I came here every day as I work nearby and now I avoid it. When you order expresso... they don?t bother to put it in and the cold brew is extremely watered down. If you want great service go to the Tim Hortons inRiverside. Read more

This Tim Hortons is the worst one in St. Albert. The older female Caucasian employee seems to be flustered every time I go... there. Not only does she mess up my simple (medium regular) coffee order 50% of the time I go there, she is visibly rude to hercoworkers. I speak as clearly as I can and the order still often comes out incorrectly. Read more

The staff are friendly. But they need to put more focus on the in-store customers. Drive thru has all the staff and maybe 1... person for front of store. Read more

I asked what Tim bits they had, and they only had one. It was a type I hadn?t had before and asked the drive thru lady to tell... me what it was. She ignorantly responded with ?you really don?t know? Wow!? I can?t say I?ve never felt judged by asking what aflavour is, because WHO JUDGES YOU FOR ASKING!?! I will absolutely never go to this location ever again. I am still just inshock that this happened. What does one gain from making a customer feel stupid for not knowing a type of tim bits. We didn?tend up purchasing anything due to this experience. I will happily drive the extra few minutes out of my way, and I?m sure losingone customer from this busy location won?t make a difference, nor will it make a difference telling people about it. All I canhope for is that the lady who treated me like that understands that it?s not ok to treat people like they are stupid justbecause they don?t know what a particular type of Tim bits are. I am a regular at this location. I have given well-deserved glowing praise in the past. The new staff in the drive-through are... friendly enough, but I do miss the fantastic and friendly service I used to get. Some of the the current staff are new as Imentioned, so I won't judge harshly now. What I find very dissapointing is the fact that the first thing the new owners did wasto remove the garbage bins in the drive-through. Really? I think this says it all about their idea of good customer service vscheaping out. I shudder to think what else they are doing that's not so obvious. It's time I gave McDonald's coffee, which hassuch raving reviews, another try. Read more

Just found a sticker(?) inside my buffalo chicken wrap. Was a lovely surprise while eating it on my way home.
