It wasn?t understaffed, nor busy. It had AC and Free Wifi. Other than that, it is just a regular subway!

We always came here when we went to Birds Hill ,but it has been awful lately. The service used to be great ,the buns soft and... the ingredients fresh. Really not good anymore. Rotten spinach ,not much in the way of cold cuts and too much mayo ,no salt,pepper in one corner only . The bun was good this time ,but service is not good either. Young girl with little or no experienceor just don't give a darn . Anyway ,sorry , we will not be coming back. First on your agenda is to hire half decent people . Read more

Worst ever...line up of 7 people, only one worker...2nd finally comes...very slow...they are too busy with phone in orders so... walk in customer waits way too long. Don't do phone in orders if you don't have enough staff. . Read more

The sandwixh artist was making an online order and she apologized for my delay and was genuinely concerned she was holding me... up. I wasn't I'm a hurry but appreciated her consideration. She also out the right amount of toppings on and sauce so my sub wasdelicious! Bread and fillings were all fresh and plentiful. Read more
