Live music, great food and an awesome patio.
Went here on a Sunday evening with another couple at the end of summer to enjoy the patio. It is a great patio! Drinks took... around half an hour to get (beers and a Caesar). The Caesar was a treat, and I'd recommend that. Half our food (fish tacos andsmoked pastrami sandwich) took a full hour after being ordered. The pastrami was delicious, although we had ordered it as aReuben, which was forgotten. The server asked the two of us without food what we had ordered (2 burgers) while dropping of thosefirst two dishes. 20 minutes later, someone who seemed like the manager asked us about our experience, and we let him know thatwe were still waiting for food, almost an hour and a half after ordering. He took our burger orders again and we had them 10minutes later. The burgers were actually quite good (I gave an extra star just for the burgers). Our original server seemed tobe avoiding us all night. We couldn't get another drink order in, and when we finally did with another server, it was forgotten.My guess is that our server forgot to punch in our order initially and was too embarrassed to come back to our table at all.Most of us at the table had been servers, so we've been there at some point, but ignoring the customer is never a solution. Ireally wanted to like this place, as it's got a great setting and the food was very tasty. Ultimately, our 3 drinks were removedfrom the bill, but I was a bit shocked to still be paying for 90 minute burgers. Had Le Burger Week special,very nice and juicy patties. Too bad non smoking rules on patios don't apply outside Winnipeg.

A "rustic", welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We had a great experience out on the patio! I was surprised that the mosquitoes... weren't too much of a bother, though it would be wise to be prepared with some sort of insect repellent. Food was incredible! The portions were very generous and fairly priced. The service was phenomenal! They made a minor mistake with our order, butwe didn't notice. They rectified it while we enjoyed our visit on the patio! What an absolute beautiful setting along theriver! Read more
Great location, nice view of the river and sun on the back deck. It is open on Friday nights and Saturdays for sure. Staff is... really good and friendly. Food is pub food and is really really good. Best nachos I've had in Winnipeg, good chip to toppingsratio. Read more
Great hidden gem right on the Red River. Attended a group function in their rental room. We had various tasty appetizers.... Comfortable seating overlooking the river. There were also tables outside on the deck, which we did not use, but would make fora nice second visit overlooking the river. Read more
