Went for breakfast last Sunday am due to a power outage at my home. Food was great, arrived timely. I want to commend your... employee Tara. A grouchy customer barged in before me, upset at something (seemingly minor?). Tara spoke very kindly with thewoman, fixed the problem and by the end of interaction the angry customer apologized for her demeanour. It was pretty cool tosee how Tara?s gentleness and professionalism turned the whole situation around. Valuable employee to have in today?s crazyworld. ???? Read more
The staff here are SO nice!! I always bug them with non-breakfast foods at 730 am after I get off work and they are so... accommodating even though it must be annoying. The wait is never long. There?s a really kind employee named Lynn that I seeoften and she is so sweet. I choose this location because of her honestly. Overall, everyone is so polite and helpful. Read more
I went there Monday with few friends and order crispy chicken combo the food was very good, because we are there for the first... time we don?t know what to order, the manager Priyanka was very helpful and recommend us what to get. Not a major complaint but if one orders a Mama Burger WITHOUT pickles - and one waits for it to be prepared, it should not have... pickles on it. Please try to be a little more accurate. Very disappointing. Thank you. Read more
Came at 1215am July 17, staff was amazing!!! Got a double teen burger meal with 2 orders of fries! Yes I had to wait, but my... food was so good. The woman who took my order and took payment was absolutely awesome, incredibly polite and helpful! A++ allaround for this store. Read more
sweet potato fries and chipotle mayo is absolute banger with any burger plus stuff here is always friendly. It?s just sometimes... drive through can take pretty long but inside the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend Read more

I ordered 2 Beyond meat combos through Skip the Dishes. At around 1:15 am, I received my order and the burgers were missing. We... called the store and the employees were literally lying over the call. We heard one girl in the back saying the she forgot togive the driver the second bag, and the lady on the call was lying and trying to convey that she did give both of the bags todriver and it?s his mistake that he forgot. They were so rude and talking inappropriately. The girl said it?s not their policyto give the patties on the side? Oh really? So you guys have the policies to not to provide what customers wants!!!! Hahaha sofunny! That?s the very first time I heard that A&W has such policies, nice to know that! Well the interesting part starts here?.They hung up on me 3 times (Wow! Such a great customer service and management)! As they asked, that if I can go to the storethey can make me some new burgers, so I did go there and guess what? they didn?t open the door. Hence, I wasted the money on cab+ food items that I didn?t receive at all. One thing that I would like to ask management team of the A&W, is this how you trainyour employees to treat customers? Overall, worst experience I have ever had throughout my 22 years of life. Worst staff andworst customer service ever!!!!!!
