Portions are very small. Ordered a bean bowl and was shocked to see the employee only put about 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup beans.... Asked for queso and for an upcharge I got a single line of it. The bowl, after toppings, wasn't even half full, yet it came toalmost $15. The food tastes fine enough but don't go here expecting any value. The yum yum shrimp burrito was tasty. The filling options were good and some nice sauce options. Iceberg lettuce should be... changed more, it was oxidizing and wilting. Place was clean and the staff were prompt and polite. Price is average for a fastfood place and options could be made healthier if you wanted. Read more

Great food, but worst costumer experience I?ve ever endured? the guy who served me my food had a horrible attitude, and when I... asked for one of my tacos to be fish, he slammed my other 2 tacos and threw them in the garbage?. Then to make things worse, Iasked for napkins at the end and he reacted like I asked for a million dollars? I work in the costumer service industry too, AndI completely understand it can be frustrating at times, but to act that way in front of costumers is completely unacceptable. IfI had of reacted that way at my job, I?d be looking for a new job as I?m typing this?. Again, great food, but horrible costumerservice. Due to that reaction, I refuse to come back and hand over my hard earned money to employees that don?t even deserve tokeep their job let alone tip them. Read more
