So last Friday the family wanted fish and chips. Beamsville was the closest ones but I still thought it be smart to order at... 3:30 for pick up at 5:30. I got there at 530 and didn't walk put until 5:55 I watched as 10 or more customers came in and wentout while I was sitting in the corner. There were 7 people working 5 of them were under 18 2 of them were under 15 and to youngto be working in that field they were immature at best. And the girl working the cash would scream 3 things at every customer. Ididn't get a apology for waiting 30 min for a order I placed 2 hours earlier. If you want your fish so bad that you can put upwith that be my guest. Read more
I don?t understand the lower reviews because the fish and chips here are excellent! I?ve been going here for ages - And the fish... and chips are always excellent and price is great. The staff is Super friendly - I will definitely continue ordering from here. Read more
Fries were delicious, fish was amazing and I highly recommend the broccoli Cheddar bites! Despite not knowing when they closed,... my friend and I went in to order take out about 35 ish minutes before they closed. The employees were so nice and a pleasure totalk to! They even took our order! I wish I had gotten the names of the employees working that night because they were to kind!Definitely recommend this place for anyone who loves fish. This complaint is submitted to the owner of the restaurant to communicate with me because I was expelled from the restaurant and... dealt badly and provocatively, and the most beautiful of that is when the worker eats fried potatoes and speaks at the same timeby receiving customers. I feel bad about this bad service. Please contact me because I will take legal action because ofinsulting and treating me badly. This is the second time I've dealt with it badly. Please put employees who have experience indealing because it is a restaurant and has a reputation and it must be a respectable reputation in order for customers to returnagain or lose a customer. I will not enter your restaurant again, nor will I make a delivery, and I will take legal action ifyou do not solve the problem, you are the owner of the restaurant. Tried BFC tonight for the first time. High quality fish, fries and coleslaw. My only complaint is that the haddock lacked... seasoning/flavour. It was simply just fish thrown in batter without anything else. I wish there was seasoning because otherwiseit was very good. Read more

Just had the fish and chips from the st Catharine's store. I will never return. The fish or lack there of was tasteless and... 2/3 batter. The small gravey was lumpy and cold we had to heat it up only to find it tasted like canned gravy. The chips whereput into the same fryer as the fish so the chips tasted more like fish them the fish did. Read more
We just ordered a 2 piece haddock w/ coleslaw and jumbo shrimp through Skip the Dishes. The food is so bad we threw it out... because we both started feeling nauseous as we ate. The fish was dry and greasy. The shrimp was rubbery and greasy. The frieswere just plain greasy. Also, no coleslaw. This place used to be greatbut never again. Read more
