Today was the second time I went to this location since I lived in the area about a year and a half. I remember last time I was... not satisfied with what I got. Today I can say exactly how unsatisfied I was. I live not 5 minutes away from here and the frieswere like days old, they were hard; all of them even the ones that were supposed to be soft and the flavor was really bad. I'msurprised I didn't break a tooth from them. The burger, well I guess the meat itself was as expected but the bun wasn't a nicesoft fresh fluffy bun, it was at least a day old and it was chewy. You had to really bite into it and pull else you wouldn't getthe bun. The pop, was flat. Nothing like taking a sip of a cold root beer and it's flat. I'm being sarcastic of course. I came to canada just 5 months ago. In my initial days, I wasn?t liking the food here. But one day I ordered food from this... location of burger king, and it felt so much like my home country. The food was amazing and the customer dealing is perfect.Being first time to order something, I was little skeptical. But the employees here are so friendly. They made me feelcomfortable, and it was first time in Canada that I wasn?t feeling embarrassed while ordering. All in all, my experience withthis place is wonderful. Read more

TRASH! ABSOLUTELY TRASH. I want to state I love burger king. But this location is beyond terrible. They need to hire someone... who can properly run this place. Food was cold even after being ask to pull over and park to wait for french fries. Once Ifinally did get my food they forgot my straws napkins and fries were wrong size. Our burgers were cold to the point where Ididn't even eat it. Waste of time and money. Do your self a favor and go to Wendy's down the street. There workers actually dothere job properly. I'll tell everyone I know not to eat at this location. Read more

The staff here is very friendly and attentive. Lady at the cash was very polite and explained to me patiently and clearly. I... appreciated that. The burger tasted normal but it was a big mess. There were mayo on the bag, the tomatoes and veggies werespilling out because they were put too far to the side...etc. I guess it was busy and they were in a hurry...but it really takesand extra 1-2 seconds to prepare it right. I took one star off because my meal turned out to be a messy experience. I got mayoand ketchup all over my hands as mayo and ketchup were all over bag, wrappers, ketchup wrappings, etc. I almost took two starsoff but the lady at the counter was so nice. Read more

I asked here for an answer, this place is my second experience for this clean and quiet place and Pakistan I started eating and... watching a clip from my favorite movie and eating the wonderful poutine and the amount of extra cheese I felt, they are generousand while I was picking up the burgers to open it an employee presents me with a burger and says I apologize for the burgers What here we forgot not to put the pig in, and this one is for example your request and left the other burger and killed it isfree. I, in turn, thank you very much because I don't really eat pork and I will donate it to someone who needs this burger. Awonderful and excellent place. I hope you visit it. You will feel comfortable. As for the food, it is more than delicious, trythe place and tell me about your comments here. Thank you to the young man who green burgers for me and thank you for all therosary that works. I am a huge fan of burger king. When they were constructing this location I was excited for the chance to buy burger king... everyday, I would have been a loyal daily customer. Unfortunately every time I ordered there I would come home to find somethingmade incorrectly. Literally every time food ordered from this location something was wrong. So drive back to rectify the issueand their solution is to make the 1 burger again while all the other food goes cold. Every time it is remade they would remakeit wrong with no cheese or mayo or whatever, at that point I would give up on trying to get what I paid for. If you go in thestore you may find other people lined up with similar issues of something made incorrectly or something not included in the bag.I would also request to make my order fresh, and not microwaved, as per request they would ask me to pull over and wait, which Ihave no problems with. But when the food is microwaved it is hot in the bag, but when I arrive home it is cold and tastes bad,not fresh. I would have given this location hundreds of dollars a month, but the employees and staffs lack of passion for makingfood properly has driven me away to where I am writing this review. I still eat burger king, but I will try to avoid thislocation because they just try to hurry you off instead of making things right. Read more

Burger King is a great place.. I love their chicken burgers... I love the spicy one when they have them.... I always enjoy my... dining experience... Service is great with good deals every week...
