Great assortment of beer. I had the Endless Summer which is a raspberry sour. It was good. Like a mixed drink/beer. Also had the... Righteous Platter(charcuterie board). The price is competitive. The place is spotless and the service was fast.. I 100%recommend!!!!! Read more
Menu change is great? just had the falafels and they were really good! Very nice addition to the area. The back patio is... awesome but it could use some fans, misters or something to cool it down in a heat wave. But all in all, they did a great job. The beer selection is good with a variety for every taste. Food was also good... had the double-deuce burger... went back thenext day to buy some beers to take home and will go back again... Cold Break Brewing is a new brewery in a tucked away area of St. Catharines. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Their staff... are helpful, friendly and can answer almost any questions you may have. If they don't know, they will ask the appropriateperson. The patio is very cute with a large area that is covered and able to be used in all weather (with the help of heatlamps & fans). Some of the patio is uncovered for those who want to sit outside and enjoy a nice beer. It is also dogfriendly. The food was really good. I tried the burger and was very happy with it. Their menu can be accessed online or byscanning a QR code at the table. The drink list was written out on a chalkboard to read. I tried the peach sour beer. I was abit surprised it wasn't very sour but I'm sure that would appeal to some people who are newer to the sour beer trend. If youget a chance, make sure to check out their operations area which you can walk through. It is between the patio and indoorseating areas. Overall I really liked this place but just felt like something was missing. I can't place it.. maybe more plantsor more signs somewhere? I really enjoyed my first visit (and not my last!) to Cold Break Brewing with some friends. Our server was knowledgeable and... helpful with suggestions. I had the cream ale and the fish tacos. The beverage was just what I was in the mood for, and I wasbowled over when the tacos were served. Visually, a pretty and colourful presentation, and they tasted great. Hot, fresh anddelicious, with a nice little accompanying salad. I felt very welcome in this comfortable neighbourhood-style brew pub. Read more
