This store has a sign right above the counter as you enter saying to speak to staff if you have any food allergies. We asked two... staff members if there was anything that did not contain gluten - the first responded with ?I don?t know? and the secondresponded with ?I don?t know I don?t make it?. Was the only customer in drive through, waited 8 minutes, even backed up and pulled forward and still no one acknowledged us at... all! If they are too busy maybe they should close the drive thru instead of ignoring us! Will be changing to Marble Slab. Read more

The worst location in Niagara! I live down the street and THIS was what I just brought home. The lid wasn?t on properly and... would not go on properly. It was all spilling out. Also, the lid ended up falling off and the whole top part of my ice creamfell on the ground. Also, their prices are higher than the other Niagara locations. Read more
