ordered take out, i ordered very clearly a chicken parmigiana sandwich. ended up getting a spicy chicken sandwich & didn?t... realize until i got home. also got chicken kabob for my daughter and it?s all undercooked. so i can?t even give her any of mychicken because it?s spicy. when i try calling the restaurant they don?t answer. Disappointing experience. The food is still good, but the kitchen is definitely making up for the lack of service from the front... of house staff. Very hard to flag down our server to get a drink order in or order more than one thing from the tapas menu. Ifone person at our table was lucky enough to order another drink the server would run off before asking if anyone else wantedanything or before anyone could get a word in to ask. Tried Fresco's for the first time this weekend. It was highly recommended by a local and it did not disappoint. There was a... slight mix up with our takeout order, but staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Food was delicious andhot, prices were reasonable and the service excellent. I had the pleasure of working for Gus and Aim , sorry if i spelt the names wrong . Both were good mentors in culinary knowledge... and smart business owners. I have a lot of fond memories working there . The staff vibes feel like a family but sadly i wentdown a different career path which i also love but i will never forget the lessons learnt and the good times had working withthem. First time here. Best sangria I've ever had made in Canada, I even went for a second which I rarely do because most restaurants... just load them up with sugar. The food is perfect quality and the portions are good. Not too small but not too overwhelming. Ihad no problem spending what I did because the quality and the effort put into the dish was very professional. The atmosphere iscomfortable, good choice of music whoever was there that day. The lights are dimly lit which I enjoy and there is lots ofbeautiful decor, almost like an art gallery walking to the bathroom. The service was top notch....not overbearing but made surewe had our drinks, kept it short and sweet even stepped away when we were paying which is polite. Everything was very clean. Nota single smudge, fingerprint, water droplet (I can look past this but when it's THAT clean I notice) I think this is my newfavourite restaurant. Looking forward to coming back again and trying other dishes, it's a nice break from the typical "bar andgrill" restaurants that have been taking over the city. This is the perfect spot a romantic evening, anniversary, fancy dress upfamily dinner...but does look like it's family friendly as well with comfortable booths. 10/10 Thank you! Read more

5 stars for great food & drinks! I?ve gone 4 times this month, so I?ll break it down for each time 1st time we stopped in for... tapas and had amazing food, drinks and service was very memorable! 2nd time we stopped in after having dinner elsewhere fordessert and some specialty coffees around 8pm in the bar, the server happily took our desert order but then told us she emptiedthe coffee already and turned the machine off (I noticed what I think was the manager and she eventually brought us coffee soI?m unsure if he said something to her) other than that was a positive experience! 3rd time we stopped in the bar as a group of6 for cocktails and appetizers, amazing food and wine selection again! However same issue with ordering coffee, same serveralso, she said she turned the machine off, I then asked for a tea and she told me she turned the hot water machine off which wasquestionable. However I still had a pleasant experience 4th time was tapas again and it was great, I think the best time we hadthere with even better drinks and service, the server we had on the patio was so nice and attentive!
