First the customer service was awful late delivery 30+ minutes when we ordered a day before with specific instruction... Then... made multiple excuses on why it was late, not ready .. when they wanted the payment they didn't stop calling but when we weretrying to locate our order after paying 300+ dollars no one would pick up the phone, or return a call, which put us on timeconsidering we were running on a very tight schedule.... Then he states delivery fee cannot be compensated because it's a busyFriday... I almost laughed at that excuse... Then calls back stating I yelled when no one yelled, gave another excuse about hisbrother is not in the country.... It was a mess... And did not give a receipt which was very specific in the instructions....And calls to try and scold us cuz he was late and unprofessional... And says if we order next time they will not take our order.. let me make it clear the service was unprofessional they food was below average and still came cold even though saying thewanted us to get hot food... There was never going to be a next time after what we experienced!!! Never a next time ... We paid300+ service for below average cold food, rude customer service and unprofessional people. Read more

After a long hike the carnitas enchilada and fiesta potatoes really hit the spot. I was helped by Heet who provided amazing... service, he told us all about the menu and how everything is made in-house. The food was delicious and I could really taste thefreshness of the ingredients and the amount of spice on everything was just right, I would highly recommend this restaurant andreally enjoyed Heet's service, he really brought the Heet ???????????? We like going here because the flavours are amazing, but I have to say we have never met a staff member we didn't love here... either. Nishu was so helpful explaining the differences between sauces and dressings, she took such care to build our burritosto be exactly what we wanted! I have been meaning to write a review for a while for this place. The staff are so friendly and kind here. Even when they are... busy they make a point of apologizing for any wait you may incur and always let you know they will get to you soon. Just to beacknowledged when a lot of places don?t, is appreciated. The place is very clean and the food is so good! My favourite forburritos in the area by far! I have already filled my loyalty card once, and I?m well into my second one. Finally, I?m giving ashout out to the fiesta potatoes! So so good! Read more

The food here is absolutely fantastic! It?s flavourful and fresh. Additionally, the selections available are plentiful, but not... too plentiful where it can be overwhelming. I got a chicken burrito and had it turned into an enchilada. I would give it a 6 outif 5 if I had that option. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. And the restaurant itself is clean andthe overall aesthetic is quite modern. Suffice to say, I will be back again and again. Read more

My coworkers and I get burritos/tacos every Friday, we usually go to Quesada but saw this place opened on the same street and... decided to give it a try. We were all very impressed! Friendly atmosphere, for a chain restaurant the staff made us feel like wewere in a small family run business. They made our food with care and everything tasted delicious!! I got the carnitas tacos,and loved all the topping options. Even gave us all a bottle opener keychain which was a nice touch. Very very good firstimpression!
