Always had a pleasant experience. But not today, they didn't ask if I wanted cheese on my burger usually they do so naturally I... went without. Got my poutine that barely had any gravy on it, I asked for more and they wanted to charge me for it? Apparentlythey only put one scoop on it, are you really going to argue with me on this? If you want to ration gravy, not ask the standardquestions when people are ordering and not offer proper customer service then you won't get my service. Well I think with all the new competition in this plaza now, you might want to teach your YOUNG staff some manners. HELLO goes... along way when approaching the counter to order. The condiments girl wasn't much better in the personality department until ayoung good looking fella walked in and you could hear your staff falling all over him There was only 2 other people in therestaurant at the same time I was at approx. 3 p.m. and now I understand why. I definitely won't be back. There was an oldergentleman that had spilled his coffee near the door amd not one staff member came to his aid, but left him to mop it up withnapkins the best he could. When I was leaving (the gentleman had left prior) I went to the counter and told them that theymight want to clean up the mess before someone slipped and fell. This is the armpit of Harvey's for me for sure. Other thanyour grill man, I'd be re training your front line staff with some personality. I was served by Anjelica yesterday at lunch time and she was great! Patient, friendly and efficient. The food was hot and was... ready quickly. There was a line when I went in but it cleared quickly. unfortunately my experience at this place was not the greatest. it?s like they didn?t even try or care to make the sandwich i... got look or taste good when it?s 10:30 at night and no one?s in line. So unfortunately my time at this location was not a good one there was not a single customer in the store I walked in one of the... girls turned around with a rude look on her face didn?t say a word and turned back then one of the other ladies took my orderthen when it came time to make my burgers the same lady that gave me a dirty look when I first walked in also is The personputting the toppings on the burger I believe her name was Kesha she did not smile once the whole time she had a very miserablelook on her face didn?t even ask what I wanted on my burgers just looked up and gave me a dirty luck the only good thing aboutthis experience was the nice blonde lady who took my order. Will unfortunately be our last visit to this location. We are regulars here and normally get the same thing every time, and now... they regularly mess up our order (use to never be an issue). Usually what happens is they mess up the toppings on our burgersand put the wrong stuff on each burger. Today we wanted to try their signature poutines as a replacement for the fries in ourcombos. We got 1 Bacon double cheese poutine & 1 Buffalo chicken poutine. Upon receiving our order they severely messed up myburger (missing toppings as well as toppings were added that I never asked for) as well as we got a normal poutine instead ofthe bacon double cheese, and the buffalo chicken poutine only had chicken and fries (no gravy, cheese, or buffalo sauce). Thereseems to be a constant issue at this location with consistency as the other locations in the city dont seem to have an issue. Ivery much recommend avoiding this location and making the trip to another so your order doesn?t get messed up. Read more
