Place is great! Super friendly person @ the order speaker & the drive thru window. Such a nice surprise to see someone enjoying... their job!! Food was decent. Mystery meat cut chicken now(killing the value). Chicken tenders are fantastic! Hours are good too! Read more

I placed an online, pre-paid, order at 6:15 pm for pickup at 7:15 pm. I arrived at 7:05 pm. Ten minutes went by before anyone... even spoke to me or acknowledged I was present and I was the person who initiated the conversation. No one asked if I had beenserved or even looked at me. There wasn't even an employee at the order counter. I had to get the drive thru employee'sattention. I inquired about my order and she said, "I don't know." When I asked the next person the status of my order, I got"I'll get to it when I can." I was calm. Used polite language and didn't even raise my voice. I only saw four people working. Iunderstand that there is a dinner rush but clearly the drive-thru has more priority than online, PRE-PAID, orders or even thecounter. Needless to say, I left exactly 20 minutes after my order was SCHEDULED to be picked up, at 7:35pm. Thankfully, myorder was fresh when I finally received it. When I asked the "manager" for a refund I was told, "you do it on the app. I don'tknow how, though." I called the number and was told I could get a refund but it wouldn't show credited with the payment method Ichose for 5 business days. Twenty minutes is unacceptable to wait for a pre-scheduled order pickup. Essentially, it was an hourand twenty minutes. To be told "when I get to it;" is incredibly bad service. There are many more, better, alternative answersthan that. The entire reason to order ahead and pre-pay is to nearly eliminate the wait. Clearly, this is not a priority atthis location. Nor their customer service. These young adults represent this location very poorly. The franchise owner shouldreconsider their hiring practices and training methods, pay employees better or hire more staff. I will NOT ever dine at thislocation again. Read more

Waited almost an hour after my online pick-up order time. We ordered 6 pieces (thank goodness not any more) and received 6... pieces of dry overcooked unidentifiable blobs of meat. The batter tastes NOTHING like the original. Tastes terrible. Perhaps ithas been changed. If so it is extremely disappointing. Read more

Food is alright. Ordered online previous day, got there and it took way too long with multi-car line-up that was stuck for over... 15 minutes. Went somewhere else, got a call 80 minutes later to pick-up. Missing sauce so they gave me another one, chicken wasoily and standard. Nothing special, nothing great. But with a $5 off coupon with $5 total, I suppose it is what it is. Can'texpect the best with that price and post-work hours prime time with understaffing. Most of the time the order is missing something or they give you another thing. Last time I ordered mega fries but they put... small fries. Several other times they missed items, like chicken popcorn or dips. When you take it home and see it missing, callthe store and no one will pickup. The staff, however, are always very kinds and nice. Last time I ordered the chicked peiceswere very smaller than before. KFC needs to have better fries than this one, always tastes old. Read more

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I understand restaurants are having trouble retaining staff and... the fact that only 2 people appeared to be working is probably a factor here but this was still ridiculous. I waited 25 minutesfor a 10 piece bucket of chicken, somehow managed to still get my order before the family who had ordered before me, and then,when we sat down to eat later, discovered that we had only received 7 pieces of chicken! And the chicken was sub-standard...skin was torn, chicken pieces were not intact, all of the pieces were small. $30 ÷ 7 = way too much per piece of lousy chicken.If you feel a need to go to this location ( wouldn't recommend it) definitely go through the drive through. There was a steadystream of people who all got their food while those of us inside waited. Very disappointing. Read more

Kfc is kfc everywhere, tastes the same....but the customer service here is excellent and sets them apart from other... locations. I have been here often (I have a 7 year old who loves popcorn chicken), and I am always so impressed with the levelof professionalism and just overall friendliness of the staff. The other day we went here before our family road trip. They ranout of gravy, and were so apologetic and gave so many options to substitute, and we weren't even mad about it. It wasn't a bigdeal to us at all- but just the fact that they cared shows me they are doing something right. My go to spot for this busy momand her popcorn chicken loving son. Read more

I was told to come back in and they would remake the order for me because of problems in the order when I went back they said I... already picked it up my son was at home waiting for the food and they wouldn't believe me that I had not been there have to talkto the supervisor Vicky tomorrow because apparently she's the one that signed off on it they said I emailed never even emailed.I have never in my life had this experience before outstanding. Told they would make it right and redo the order well they didthe opposite. Went in today to get the order done right and shanika thel supervisor came out swinging. She shut me down when Itried to explain. So rude and not a good reflection on KFC Read more
