Lady who works here is a rotten human being. Incredibly rude. Walked out, will not return.
Have been a loyal customer for for 10 years, no more. Firstly the prices have increased, and the quantity of product was cut in... half. I was trying to shop a display, the store is quite small, an employee asked me politely to excuse her to get by me, onlyto start arranging the items I was looking at, right in front of me, which was a $30 easter rabbit. Whoever is working there at 630pm on Feb 14th is incredibly rude. Tried to buy some Chocolates, ones I've bought for my wife for... 12 years straight and she got super defensive and argued with me that they never existed. Not having any in stock is okobviously but the attitude was insane for something that I have 12 years of evidence of existing. Read more
Today my kids and I wanted to enjoy an ice cream ???? the older lady attending was the worst customer service I had ever... received she looked like she didn?t want to work there and the way she talked was really rude. They had 3 types of chocolate icecream I said if I can have a kids chocolate ice cream so rudely yelled and said they didn?t have chocolate when I was thereseeing they had 3 type . Will never be going back to this location at the Pen center in st.Catharines and will let people knowof my bad experiences. Read more
I find the treats their are over priced and I received 3 boxes of chocolates and the chocolates were all stale.. The nougat on... this chocolate isn't suppose to be hard as a rock... As well as the chocolate was hard as well... Like super hard... I'm notreturning their again... Read more
It's okay. Nothing too fancy. If you need a small chocolate gift for an occasion this the place to go. It is a bit on the pricey... side, but a wide selection. Worth checking out and making your own assumption about it. No real downside, maybe a bit morecommunication from the staff; rather than them assuming you know what you want. Read more
Older ladies that work there don't want to do there jobs and serve the customer.. rather sit down in the front of the store in... the mall. When you want to get something look at you like your disturbing them!! Poor customer service skills... Read more
I came into this shop with my son to get ice cream and when I asked the sales lady about the ingredients if it had any tree nuts... she gave me attitude and acted more annoyed then helpful. My son is anaphylactic with tree nuts and we have to be careful, mostpeople in the food industry are understanding of this. This person clearly is disgruntled in her work and not a people person, Idon?t think this type of work is suitable for this kind of person but seems no matter the bad reviews mentioned about her badservice she manages to keep her job. I bought an ice cream to enjoy for myself, but she left a bad taste for me and never goingagain. If you wanna buy Laura Secord, I would suggest another location unless you wanna encounter bad service. Read more
