There was a young woman named Kelly working front window, she was really really rude and has no customer service skills on this... particular visit, i'm not sure if she was just having a rough day or if it was near the end of her shift but i?ve never seen herhere before and i can tell you i won?t be coming back if that?s how customers are being treated. she didn?t even let me finishmy order before telling me my total, and at the window she made zero eye contact, and when i said thank you she said ?yup?.won?t be returning. Do you guys actually plan to fast food out of your drive-thru window? Or is it the new McDonald's business practice that just... ask people to pull over and wait after they've waited in your drive-thru line? One of the worst McDonald's experiences ever. Read more
Pretty good when it comes to McDonald's probably the best one in St. Catharines. It is a fast food place so have realistic... expectations but the employees do fairly well and food is generally pretty good. Occasionally a missing item or mixed up butthat is totally a normal thing we are all human after all. Play place definitely is wonderful for the kids very nostalgic. Read more
McKenzie was a great help!! Had a Skip SNAFU ( suprise suprise!) I never received my food after I waited almost 2 hours for... delivery. I called the store and McKenzie went above and beyond for me. She called Skip , tracked it down and made it right. Herteam prepared me all new fresh food. all during the midnight rush. Well done and much appreciated ! :) Read more
Worst location in the region, not sure if they are more concerned about hiring employees to send a certain msg but they def are... hiring incompetent employees. . To wait 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and a big Mac... is insane!!! To be parked for this orderis mind blowing... I keep trying to go back thinking maybe things have changed but yet again today waited 30 minutes. I workedthere when I was a teen and it was unheard of to park someone unless it was a crisply chicken sandwich.... either hire moreemployees or find some better ones. 30 seconds or less is a thing of the past I suppose. I had a terrible experience with this location. I?ve ordered from them three times now and each time they have messed up my... order. I have come to the conclusion that they don?t know how to make food. My sister had to mix up her strawberry milkshakebecause it was in layers not shaken at all. I ordered poutine and was just given a small fry regardless of the fact I called toconfirm my order. The cheeseburger I received in the happy meal I ordered consisted of bread, a singular pickle and a pattie, Ireceived only 4 out of 8 of the apple pies I ordered and so much more? Let me just say NEVER AGAINNNNN! Oh did I forget tomention I received water instead of my drinks and after all this they told me they could not do anything to rectify thesituation. Read more
I rarely go to this particular store, but they are consistently bad. One time, sour milk which they would not replace with... anything but another milk which I was not willing to risk - or stomach! Yesterday, I stood in line for over 20 minutes while 4staff members gathered around the only open till to take one order! It was mid afternoon. When I walked in there was one personin front of me. Soon after, the line behind me went to the doors. The drive through went all the way to the road. When I finallygot to the front, I was asked to "wait a minute". Been coming here for years but recently the service has been going downhill. Ordered a meal last night and had to wait over 25... mins for it. The cashier must've had a bad day because she kept slamming the drink cups and other items on the counter. Whenasked for a drink tray it was giving with attitude like I did something wrong by making her go more then 5 feet. My large frieswere only half full and my coffee was too sweet.
