I was there tonight to pick up my delivery order. As usual I followed the instructions and when I received a text about my order... is ready. I went to the window to grab the order but the employee was so rude with me. There was two other delivery driverswaiting for their order but your employee just shouted on those poor guys. His language was so not professional and he was beingtotally racist. I didn?t get chance to get his name but that scum was so rude with us. If you guys check the cctv u will findout the person. I will never do deliveries from this location again. And one last suggestion for the restaurant. I know itsreally hard these days to find employees but that person will surely loose you the business because of his unprofessionallanguage and miss behaviour with the others. Read more

Decided to do mobile ordering. This was my order : a cheeseburger, a snack wrap ranch, a large fry, a plain double hamburger -... hold all toppings as well as the bun, a quarter pounder with cheese meal with large fries and a large chocolate shake, and aregular McFlurry. I arrived at the restaurant and checked in to spot #2 at 6:58. At 7:25 I was finally receiving my food?howeverthe shake was water at this point, I have no fries in the bag and the plain double hamburger has mustard and ketchup remnantsclearly attempted to be wiped off remaining. I ask for another shake that is not soupy and the rest of my food as well as areplacement for the double burger. The young man was perfectly polite and I get it?s busy, but I counted 12 cars went throughthe drive thru as I waited and all had left. What?s the point of mobile ordering? So I get my food home and not only is mycheeseburger lacking onions and cold, the replacement double hamburger looks to have a bite out of one patty and the shake isstill liquid soupy. So much for triple thick! Also the McFlurry is not even 2/3 full and the wrap was drowned to death inranch. Such a waste of money and time. Honestly this is not the first issue I have had at this location. Literally had to get awhole new order last time when I ordered for my grandfather and uncle. People make mistakes and I?m not a ?Karen??.but I workfor my money too and expect at the least to get what I paid for and for it to at least meet a standard of other locations. Read more
The filthiest McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff were all standing around in a circle talking and staring at the... customers, meanwhile the pop area was sticky and covered in pop and discarded straw wrappers, discarded receipts were all overthe floor, dirty tables, discarded items on the windowsills, overflowing garbage, floor was covered in sticky footprints. Therestaurant was pretty dead, it was just after 6pm, food took forever and they had more than enough staff to clean up therestaurant but they chose to socialize instead. Read more

The old lady who has worked here forever is soooo mean! I don't usually write reviews, especially not bad ones, but I had to... speak up here since this old lady is so demeaning and berating towards other staff, especially the ones of a darker complexionthan her. It is probably a bad idea to have a racist, angry old lady who sounds like she's missing all her teeth running theregister, and an even worse idea to allow her to be so disrespectful to her young coworkers. I'll still come here for a coffee,but if I ever experience this old lady harassing her coworkers again, I will be sure to stick up for them and let the old ladyknow what everybody thinks of her.
