Incredibly consistent in quality and customer service. This is litterally one of the only business' in St. Catharines that I... actually like supporting to be honest. In a time with such bad service everywhere, its nice to just grab a pizza without anyhassle. Great Job! Read more
I ordered a tray today with half chicken and half cheese. The pizza was 90% greasy cheese 5% tomato sauce and 5%... chicken. Chicken was under cooked, cheese was so thick it fell off the pizza. Whole family has a stomach ache tonight. Dobetter! Read more
I usually go to the one on Bunting Rd but was in the area of this location and my experience was not acceptable. Very rude staff... (was very agitated for whatever reason). The first time I went here back in May, I waited for 5+ mins without any staffattending to me so I left. 2nd time around, I didn't know much about the place and needed clarification with getting 4 slicesfor $6.99. Staff was inpatient, rolling her eyes and almost left me standing there with my boys who wanted to eat pizza sobadly. Never buying from this location and not recommending friends either because my interaction with this staff shows theyhave enough people buying and don't need anyone else. Read more
I ordered the 3 topping, 4 Slice Pizza + 1 Pop for $6.99. I've read the reviews of the "fancy pizza" places close by. Stop... wasting your money. These guys make an amazing pie. This little pizza was ready for pickup in 10 min. Fresh toppings were loadedon, with just the right amount of tomato sauce underneath. I haven't had pizza so perfect in awhile. This is the size of the slices for your 12 slice pizza. Also, what kind of monster puts processed sliced cheese on a garlic... bread and sells it. If it's not, I really need to know what cheese you put on it because I've never had garlic bread that tastesthis bad, also it was very soggy too. This placed used to be my go to. I was recently reminded of it and how much I loved the bacon they use. I placed an order for a... 12 slice pepperoni, a 12 slice canadian, 2lbs of wings and a garlic bread with cheese. $71 before tip When the order arrived thedelivery person said she was supposed to notify me they included a extra 4 slice pizza because there was a issue with one of mypizzas I ordered. There was definitely a huge issue and the 12 slice canadian I ordered was disgusting. The bacon was hugechunks of pure fat, there seemed to be no sauce, the crust was paper thin and wet. Totally unedible. The garlic bread was asoggy mess yet nobody dared to even try it. The employees recognized the pizza was bad that's why they sent a free 4 slice butwhy? Why not send me what I paid for and remake the 12 slice. Why replace it with 4 slice and still send me the bad pizza? The4 slice pizza was great, the pepperoni pizza was great and just as I expected and same goes for the wings. How I got an orderwhere half was so gross and the other half perfect is beyond me. I reached out to the company by email and on social media. Iemailed the email address listed by the company and received a reply stating they have nothing to do with the business and don'tknow why customers keep emailing them. I received a reply on Facebook that said "call Rino" with a phone number. I called a fewtimes the next day and nobody ever answered. I've waited a week to see if anyone cared about the issue before leaving thisreview. The unprofessionalism and not making it right on a $70 order is what will have me never ordering from them again.
