I asked to use my points to pay for Pita Chips. First, the employee couldn't figure out how to ring Pita Chips in, which is... fine, people could be in training. But then at the point of applying the points, she spent over 5 minutes trying to figure itout. Then she said "just follow the prompts on the machine" so I figured the points needed to be applied in 5$ increments, so ifmy total was 17 dollars, Id still owe a few dollars. So I follow the prompts, and pay. Then get an alert that I was charged thefull 17$ to my debit card. I then asked her if she applied the points, and she just said that she didn't know how to do it.Instead of communicating that before charging me, she just charged me. And didn't even apologize. Was the only one in the store today .. guy rushed everything chicken and veggies cold cold maybe 4 min. on the grill ... idk... Dirty place with incredibly rude staff. If you don't like your job, just quit... your eye rolling and attitude is not... necessary.. I work hard for my money as well, there are tons of restaurants in the area that will appreciate my business. Read more
I ordered a rice and beef bowl a few weeks ago for delivery, they forgot the meat.I ordered from them again today, a rice and... chicken bowl and even added a note to please not forget the meat and they forgot the meat...again. Other locations have beengreat,I don't know what they're smoking at this one but I won't be giving anymore of my hard earned money for their terribleservice.I'm not a vegetarian so stop forcing it on your customers. Have gone to this location a few times now whenever I'm in this area and I've never been disappointed. The staff has always been... super friendly and double checking if I wanted certain things added to my order. I always find my pitas or salads fresh andtaste amazing. I usually have great customer service here but today was a huge letdown! The 3 smoothies we ordered were super watery and not... good. I paid extra for one of them to have whey protein but they didn?t actually add it. When they were making the pitas, Iquestioned whether the pita was whole wheat and they said it was. Turns out the pita that was supposed to be whole wheat wasn?tand one that wasn?t supposed to be whole wheat was. As if all that wasn?t enough, I saved the worst for last. They marked thepitas incorrectly so my husband took a large bite of a bacon pita that was marked ?steak?. Turns out the steak pita wasincorrectly marked ?bacon?. My husband is allergic to pork! This is my favourite location for this franchise. The food is always spot-on, the staff is always amazing, my order is always... correct and again, the food is always spot-on. I've never had a bad pita here. Ever since abandoning the burger joints I haverelied on Pita Pit to supply me with my fast food fix. Usually a turkey breast pita. I do like that when I order double toppingsI actually get them at this location every time. It has been hit-or-miss at other locations. I will go out of my way to use thislocation over others.
