Really horrible customer service. Shoutout to my cashier bella which i dont even know if its her real name as she did not have... her nametag n was told that it is. She was rude and kept ROLLING HER EYES very evidently at me everytime i would add anotherpizza or ask to change any toppings. When asked how my bill got so much with the three triple $5 deal she had no idea how toexplain and just said the system is really bad so its confusing n hard to explain. Not happy at all with this behaviour. When igot home still my pizzas were wrong toppings and wrong sizes. Seriously do better!!!!! Read more
This location had a dine in option. But you needed to ordered your food from the take out counter and when they called you, you... grabbed your own food. That I was ok with. It was the shop/industrial garbage bin (just randomly placed by the closed hot platearea) you lifted the lid to throw out your garbage that threw me for a loop. If you are going to in the very least open thedining room to eat in, make sure a dining room feel is there. Read more
Pizza was good snd tasty. Fresh, hot and filled with toppings but customer service lacks a bit of attention and smile on face.... No recommendations were provided nor any suggestions. Need to pay attention in customer service. Read more
Awful at best'! Niagara Region Public Health needs to stop by this poor excuse of a restaurant. To: Yum Brands and the... franchisee of the Pizza Hut on Lake St. (St. Catharines)...you should be ashamed and embarrassed of this establishment, thecustomer experience, and, the precedence you're setting for other Yum franchisee's ....How this location is allowed to operate,yet alone, offer an 'dine-in' experience is beyond me. Upon entering the business we were informed that 'due to COVID, we don'thave any servers'; I could place my order and they would bring our pizza to the table...while this didn't seem like too much ofan issue, I wasn't fully prepared for what unfolded. After placing our order and paying, we went and sat ourselves, within afew minutes an employee came over with empty pizza boxes, individually wrapped plastic forks, Styrofoam cups and paper towelsfrom the washroom; In today's age, I was stunned to see the complete disregard for our environment and the over consumption ofdisposable items....apparently this Pizza Hut team is too lazy to wash dishes (you use to have them, where did they go? and whyare you no longer using them). The overall business has been completely neglected, everywhere you look - wore, dirty,unsanitary seating/table surfaces/floors....DISGUSTING! ...and that's what we could see, I could only imagine what the 'back ofhouse' (where patrons cannot see) looks like...so gross, if we had not paid, we would have left! About 45 minutes after placingour order (2 medium pizza's and chicken bites) the server came over with our food and profusely apologized as we had been toldour meal would be over in 15 minutes...she proceeded to inform us that 'on our next visit, it will be much better' and that 'ifmore customers come in they could justify a server'; don't worry, we will NEVER be back!...and, I'll give you some complimentaryadvice! Pizzas were ok, dining probably got hit hard by COVID and I think they no longer offer dine in. If that?s the case they should... up their kitchen game and just do take out. Common guys you can do it. My kid wander around the dining hall ( she ran away)when she got her box, she wanted to be seated.. and the staff was trying to give us color pencils and paper.. We ordered online from Pizza Hut and were really happy with our choices. We chose to order the Create-A-Meal platter because it... allowed us to get pizza as well as other options. Everything fit into one box (aside from the chicken pieces) which was mucheasier to manage. The pizza was tasty, hot, and prepared well. The dough was thick, but not too thick. We had no leftovers of itbetween the two of us! The add-ons we chose were the chicken pieces (boneless wings), garlic bread sticks, and cinna-parts.Those chicken pieces were to die for! We had them made spicy and wished we had ordered more. The spice level was tolerable whichwas nice (not too spicy!). The bread sticks were good, not that you really can make a bread stick. Our choice of cinna-partsallowed us to have a mini dessert. They were an excellent option and we devoured them quickly. If you are looking to sit down, have a drink, and have your order taken by actual waitstaff, don't go here. You can definitely... sit down and eat your meal. After you order it at the counter and walk it there yourself. I guess that because of covid pizzahut has decided that much like Walmart or most grocery stores now, I need to pay for my meal and short of making it myself, doeverything else myself. I will not be going back here or ordering pizza from pizza hut again. Another piece of my childhood deadand more work placed on the consumer. Read more
