I would give -5 to this place if I could. It just ruined my night. Very very very bad customer service. We went there , The girl... here with short height at around 1:38 am on 29 sept. behaved so unprofessionally when I called them out for bad service andbeing rude. She was yelling at me and I was so close to call the police for harassment. She said ?you should be thankful that Imade you food?. She yelled, called me stupid and said that I have a cheap attitude. Her husband or boyfriend came from the backand tried to calm her down but she still was just going on. I was with my family and this was very very disrespectful. I triedto ask the girl her name and she said ?I won?t tell you my name at all?. PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERA FOOTAGE WITH SOUND IF YOU CAN.I?m definitely contacting their legal team about this and would take further actions if needed. This is not customer service, ATALL. She just went in the back yelling and no apologies what so ever. The other staff just behaved as if nothing happened. Thatgirl should be taught some customer service by the company so she doesn?t let her ego come if she gets some bad review and dothis to others. Read more

For starters, if your hours say 11 o?clock is when you open, that?s when people expect you to open and they count on that.... Furthermore, when I make an order for a pizza in person, and then you proceed to take ten minutes doing other things before youeven start my pizza?it?s very frustrating. The smallest panzerotti I?ve ever seen and the pizza had burnt crust, the other pizza was forgotten and the driver added his own... tip of $3 after sitting in his car? overall terrible!!! Read more

This place is the worst Pizza Pizza I've ever been to. Never made a complaint to anything before today but this was ridiculous.... I ordered pickup and the timer ran out so the pizza should have been free. However they lied and said they were ready they justdidn't bring them to the front because they were too busy (there was nobody else in the store and he previously told me 5minutes until they were ready when I walked in) I had to call customer service to get them to resolve the situation which theydid and I got the free pizza so the employee walked over and just dropped the pizzas on the counter and walked away withoutsaying anything or giving me the pops that I ordered. I ended up leaving without the pops only to check the pizzas when I gothome. They were burnt, paper thin, and crumpled around the edges as if somebody tried to throw them in the box as fast aspossible. This is not the first time they have messed up my pizza. In my experience if you order thick crust, they will justgive you regular crust but undercook the pizza so it looks thicker, or if you order wings or jalapeno popper they will give you1 less than is advertised... They basically cut corners at every possible instance. This is the first time I have gotten pizzathis bad though. Heres the pictures of the pizza they gave me after all of this. I love when this place makes a pizza properly. I really do. Unfortunately, the staff at this location has shown repeated... incompetence. They mess up orders, they don't seem to even be completely aware of their menu (had 3 of them look at me likeidiots when ordering samosas), and overall just seem disorganized and spacey. Just today, ordered a pizza that they got prettyoff. Pictures attached indicate how clearly they messed up. We were lucky it wasn't the worst mistake they could have made, butcould have been problematic if say, one of us was allergic to mushrooms. It was tolerable, but still inexcusable. Read more
