Starbucks is going down hill fast , the demise of this franchise probably can?t come soon enough. I?ve been a customer of over a... decade. Predominately now what you gets at Starbucks is staff that really use the place as social outlet and lack focus on theirjobs. There is a top down issue with this corporation clearly as it?s no one but many of the outlets in Niagara that have fallenoff drastically in the last 5 years. It comes to something when the customer knows how a drink is made better than the staff.Todays episode of stupidity is a staff member adding double water to a latte , when removing the lid the drink looks like soapwater and thus tasted the same. I?m done really I wouldn?t let them makes rather I threw it out in the garbage where it belongs.Best you can hope from Starbucks these days is to get something mediocre. Read more
On August 18th my family and I went to Starbucks through the drive in. The blond haired lady with tattoos asked us what we were... up to today and I said "celebrating my wife's birthday and going to Marine Land" She said "ew I don't like that" my mouthliterally dropped. I felt so awkward. That was extremely unprofessional. I do not need your opinion about what in doing.Extremely disappointed. Read more

Incredible fast service in the drive thru! Such pleasant gentleman serving me. When someone asks how you are doing? And then... takes a few moments to chit chat while waiting to get your order, it makes all the difference. It was two men at 2:30 at drivethrough window.
