Went there today and ordered two venti drinks. She confirmed with me that they were both Venti and read my order back to me as... venti. When we got to the window I paid and then waited. When she handed me a grande I explained that it was supposed to be aventi. Instead of apologizing she seemed annoyed with me and said ?well I rang it in as a grande so you?ll have to pay and waitfor me to remake it? to me this isn?t customer service. The other Starbucks made my drink the wrong size once and wereapologetic and remade it the correct size and didn?t even end up charging me for their mistake. I used to frequent thisStarbucks but from now on will be going elsewhere as the customer service here is lacking. She made me feel like I was annoyingfor asking for what I ordered so I ended up just taking it how she made it. Read more
Bad service, we place the order of food with drinks. We get the drinks served fast but for the food when we asked again after 10... minutes, girl said oh I never took your order for food and the items you order we do not have those available right now. But shecharged us for the food. Read more

Fairly standard, newer Starbucks location in a convenient spot. Good selection, service was relatively fast, and everything was... accurate. They seem to do a steady drive-thru business, so the store lobby itself was pretty small by comparison. The parkingwas also a bit more limited, but with still plenty of availability. Probably one of the most convenient stops if you'retraveling through the area on the QEW, or going in or out of the city from the nearby neighborhoods. Read more
My daughter spilled her drink there and one of the ladies who works there was so sweet and sympathetic. She mopped it up and... offered her a new drink. Thank you! You really saved the day and deserves a raise! Great service. Read more
My friend and I are absolutely guilty of being the pain in the butt customers who want to try drinks that we've seen online.... Each time we order, the baristas are patient while we work through our orders and the drinks are always made perfectly. It's anamazing crew working at this location! Read more
This Starbucks is by far the best one I have ever been to. Firstly, drive thru Starbucks is essential and not enough... establishments have drive thrus attached. Second, the customer service is unmatched. The staff greet you in the drive thru thesame way that they greet you in person. The staff even have a joke posted at the drive thru to brighten your day. If thatwasn't enough, they go above and beyond to make your day better - upgrading your drink for free to surprise you, offering adviceon the best items to get, and of course just their demeanor. I've never been to a Starbucks where the staff wasn't friendly and helpful and all the drinks etc are delightful
