Arrived early Sunday afternoon and were the only ones in the store. Within a few minutes, there was a line out the door. This... was our 1st time here. Ordered a 12" veggie sub with Italian dressing. Got to pick my choice of veggies and dressing. Veggieswere fresh; dressing was tangy. Don't order a 12" unless you're really hungry. Also ordered a date square and peanut buttercookies. I can't totally rave about our desserts. The cookie was the right consistency (soft and chewy) but needed more of apunch of peanut butter. Square filling was silky smooth but the bottom was slightly on the hard side. Will be back for the substhough and maybe order a cake. Really popular with the rest of the line. Read more
Life saver, I forgot to order a birthday cake. I called on Saturday and they had the cake ready on Sunday morning by 11 a.m. ... Great service for a last minute order, and the cake was great in looks and taste. Thanks for the outstanding service. Read more
Fantastic birthday Cake!!! So glad subs plus is still around use to get these cakes when growing up in Welland. Most recently... ordered with Leslie coming home to Niagara from North of Toronto. Leslie was very patient with my many questions and so happywith our choice of cake. It was moist and very delicious?thank you again!! Read more
First time visiting here and this place gave me mixed feelings. The store itself is very clean and seems inviting. BUT the staff... aren't as welcoming and seem to be very abrupt and unfriendly. I was the only one in there and there were two of them yet I feltvery rushed to make a decision. They took my order and told me to go to my car even though there wasn't anyone else waiting orin the store. As I understand it is small place but there was nobody in there but me. Anyways sub was pretty good. Nothingabove the average sub you can get at most sub places. Unfortunately due to the fact the customer service sucked. That would bemy first and only time getting a sandwich from there. It's sad because I live close by and wanted a sub place that I can go toconveniently and feel welcomed. Read more
I just was surprised with a VEGAN subs plus cake for my birthday and it was literally to die for. So moist & hard to believe it... was vegan. Filling was keylime ???? 8? cake cost approx $33 Read more
They made a terrible cake for my daughters birthday, they were rude about a correction they had to make as the thought she was... 70 years old. In addition to all that the cake fell apart from not being structured properly. New ownership I guess, sadplace. Read more
