Went in tonight with my friend and Rick was a real one. He made us bussin' subs, honestly the best subway sub EVER. He was sooo... fast, so friendly, and he made us laugh because he was so funny. Listen, I get that restaurants are struggling to find good staff at the moment and because of that I hate to leave negative... reviews right now but I really could not let this one fly... TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER: You would almost be better just reducingyour hours than employing somebody as ignorant and rude as the woman working the night of Nov 30th 2021...this is not the typeof person you want representing your business. Me and the guy in front of me bear witness to some of the most egregiousbehavior I have seen from an employee in any form of customer service. The poor attitude, poor service and outright disrespectshe shows to your customers naturally incites an equal and appropriate response from them. Really bad customer service. I just took my order at 8:50pm(11feb). First thing I giving her review for her bad service. One of... the worst service I ever experienced at any place. After my order was done she told me very harshly do u really wana take urorder Lyk seriously. It's food and I m hungry just bcz of that I took it. Otherwise I'm never gonna take. I'm highway truckdriver I met lots of people everyday but she is really bad. I asked her name 3 times she doesn't reply. I really want the ownerof this subway take this review seriously and teach her customer service. I m also attaching a photo of sub how she packed.
