First thing: the staff, both front and back of house, absolutely crushed it for our party of 15. So great! Apart from that I... mean it's your standard Swiss Chalet; inexpensive, basic, universally enjoyable food that isn't amazing and doesn't offer a lotof choices. Comfortable enough. They have given me the wrong order or messed up my order literally every time I order from this location, and this has been... going on for YEARS. Every now and then I try to order again to see if it is better and it never is. I order from Vansickle noweven though it's further from me because I never I have never had a problem with that location. Read more

Excited to try the recently re-introduced roast beef on a bun. Upon ordering was told that the gravy / au jus cannot be given on... the side as it is served combined with the beef. Brought my take out home only to find that there was so little au jus on thebun that I had to look through the meat to see if in fact there was any at all. Nothing close to what was pictured. There was adecent amount of beef on the bun and it had a nice flavour unfortunately the bun wasn't fresh. My side baked potatoe wasundercooked and too hard to eat. Overall disappointed with the entire meal. Considering only half the meal was edible, I wasstill hungry when finished. Not worth 18.65. Three stars given for the friendly and efficient staff. Good food and service but their floor is so slippery that I almost fell a couple of times which would not be good since I have a... mobility issue. Even the 3 chikdren I had with me were finding it hard to walk on it. We also witnessed a few others almostfalling, one of which said someone is going to get hurt because the floor is so flippery to the waitress. I understand thestaff is not responsible but someone needs to take responsibility and fix it. Perhaps one of this textured coatings can be puton top of it ? Read more
Amazing service, staff here is always friendly and even remembered our orders. Food is fresh and delicious. The front counter... girls were doing such a great working through this holiday season with smile on their faces. Today the Manger I believe her namewas Jen we wanted to give her shout out.
