Stopped here today with the family to grab a quick dine in bite for lunch. The place was completely empty. However, it took us... so much time to actually find a table that was clean. They look clean to the naked eye but when you go closer you can see thespilled drinks and food crumbs on the tables. The server Neeru was very professional and courteous so a big and thumbs up forservice. The rice in the 7 layer burrito was a little uncooked as we had hard rice grains in he burrito. Would recommend thisplace for a quick bite. Read more
Avoid this location at all costs. Spent 15 minutes in the drive-through to be given a cup of pop that leaks, the wrong order,... and a burrito that wasn?t wrapped so needless to say despite waiting 15 minutes the cup of pop leaked all over my daughter inthe backseat, the burrito ended up on my lap while I was driving and our are soft order tacos came crunchy. To make it worsewhen I called the manager to report this she had nothing to say and I told her I was going to put a review online and she stillhad nothing to say so I just hung up on her and said I won?t be back absolute disgrace Read more
Well its the typical taco bell / KFC in one. Decent selection of fast food. Staff were courteous but the service was slow...at... least the chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. When I went to pay (by debit) the screen now comes up with a tip option!!! SayWHAT!!! I did not get waited on...just took my order at the counter and the company now wants you to tip the staff...for what??? I gave them a 4 star rating for overall experience !! Read more
Two stars because the lady working the counter was very nice. The bathroom is disgusting. The floors in the dining room are like... walking on ice. Never seen floors so slippery. Not many people in there, yet most of the tables were dirty. Not much parking,and the lot needs a good cleaning as well. Read more
Avoid this place if you value your time. Waited 5 minutes at drive thru - nobody answered at the speaker. Walked in, waited 10... minutes in line behind a woman trying to explain what ?fries with only cheese on them? meant. Poor kid behind the counter didn?thave the mental capacity to understand modified items. 10 minutes. He had to go ask someone what she meant. Language barriermaybe? Who knows. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!! There was only one car in front of me at the drive thru and still had to wait 18 minutes for what... they call ?food?. But first, they tell me they don?t have fountain drinks. Then they notify me that they don?t have any ricefor my beef burrito. Then they tell me that they have just enough chilli for my two chilli cheese burritos. Take a look at thepic I included of my chilli cheese burrito. Does it look like there is enough chilli? I?d have to take it to a lab in order todetermine if there was any filling in it at all. Just keep folding your stale wraps over and over again and maybe the customerswon?t notice. $14 for three tiny stale burrito wraps with no filling. Where is the management team? This place has been horriblefor years now. They should be reimbursing their customers for the fuel they use at the drive thru, never mind the terrible ?food?. Corporate really needs to step in. I notice that the two for one taco deal they offer on Monday's features half the filling that a normal taco has. I bought 2 hard... and 2 soft yesterday. I was amazed at how little filling was in these tacos. My guess is they cut the product in half so theydon't lose any money offering this "2 for 1" deal. Read more
