Phenomenal experience for a first time visit. This vegan treasure was great start to finish. Our server, Summer was awesome... with recommendations although we knew already we want to try that Persian Platter. That alone was very fulfilling. I have been here a few times and cannot say enough great things about The Lemon Tree. First off, I have been driving all the way... from Newmarket just for this amazing food. I have tried a number of dishes and all have been amazing. I especially love thetzatziki, coconut shrimp, Mediterranean chicken. My son especially loves the beyond steak and calamari. My daughter, who is notvegan, absolutely loves everything she has tried to date. Staff has always been absolutely amazing and friendly. Highlyrecommended!!! Read more
A lovely Mediterranean style restaurant in St. Catherine?s Ontario. It?s refreshing to find such hidden gems in the GTA with... delicious vegan food. Plenty of options with an intensive menu. We packed quite a lot as we had already eaten elsewhere butlooking at the menu we couldn?t resist. Loved the portobello mushrooms burger. Beautifully made with generous helpings ofveggies and mushrooms. The pizza was outstanding ! The calamari was ok ok, I don?t like it but my daughter loved it( guess it?san acquired taste) the spinach artichoke dip was good, portion I felt was less. Wow! Unbelievable delicious vegan dishes, we ordered daily special, mozzarella stick and crazy salad, as well as the well known... calamari and coconut shrimp. Taste so good, even it may not be 100% identical to non-vegan originals, but they were prettyclose. Certainly we will come back someday to try other dishes. Read more
We loved all our food and the staff was extremely friendly! Out of the six of us, 3 were vegan and everyone enjoyed their meal.... Would definitely recommend the coconut shrimp, greek salad, tzatziki dips and platter. The chicken sandwhich and wrap was alsovery tasty, we will be back! Read more
I may need to give this a second chance as we visited here for a little girls day out and ordered the Persian platter. I was... very underwhelmed by everything we tried. The coconut shrimp were good but the skewers really were very good. All the dips andcheeses were lovely though so I would probably just order those platters next time. The service was wonderful, they were veryattentive and kind but the food left me a little underwhelmed. Read more
