Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Last week I ordered and paid for two bagels and the employees read the screen... wrong and insisted I was only charged for one bagel. I watched her key in two bagels and when I ordered only one later in theday it was cheaper. They offered to charge me for another bagel but I paid for two in the first place plus I did not have timeas I had to go upstairs for my appointment. Today I ordered my tea it was made completely wrong, the cup was soggy like it hadbeen sitting in liquid and the lid was disgusting covered in dried up coffee (I could smell the difference as I drink tea) andyet again I didn't have time to get a new one as I had to go for my appointment. Worst service ever. Staff is extremely rude and the order is almost never right. I mobile ordered today and they threw it out... after 20 minutes cause it would ?get cold??.threw out 20 timbits, 2 bagels and 3 drinks. Had to wait painfully long to get myorder again. Read more
Extremely slow service, I definitely do not recommend if you're in a rush! Ordering ahead is also slow which is supposed to be... faster but isn't. Always running out of chocolate milk, machines breaking down consistently. Don't recommend this Tims toanyone. Read more

The worst ever Tim Hortons!! I was so displeased with the wait in the drive through.. 15 min. From start to finish, and then to... top it off , my drink item was not what I had ordered. Boo to Tim Hortons on 4 th Ave. St. Catharines. I will not be goingback! Read more
Maybe today was a bad day. I ordered a ham and cheddar with extra sauce. The employee that took my order told me that there's no... sauce on the sandwich... I told her it comes with the honey mustard now (Even on the order sign that it's a new sauce! Used tobe ranch). She was oh, you want extra of that? I said yes. Ended up with a sandwich without a lick of sauce at all :( Verydisappointed. Read more
My daughter was taken by ambulance to the St Catharines hospital last night around 4:30am. She had asked me to pick up some... broccoli soup for her on the way to meet her there. I stopped at the Tim Hortons on 4th Avenue where two ladies were working.The one lady who took my order seemed to be VERY unhappy to be working that night and too be honest I couldn't blame her at itwas so early in the morning. I was informed they did not have soup at that time of day. I called my daughter in her hospitalroom and she asked for a sausage egg croissant sandwich instead. My order was made and I left. I arrived at the hospital and mydaughter who had not been able to eat for almost 24 hours opened the sandwich to find the croissant very very burnt (seeattached photos) leaving us with no other options for food at that time of the morning. Thankfully the nurses here shared someof the food they had with them. How any employee allows someone to pay for and leave with food they fully know was ruined isinexcusable and I will be sure to choose any other option if available before I return to Tim Hortons Read more
Waited in a line up for 15 minutes. One server. Could not make a cappuccino. Took over 10 minutes to say to me that the... machine does not work. Terrible. I will not go there again. I went to Starbucks at the corner. Fast service and a deliciouscap. Read more
