Overnight staff has terrible service. Iced Cap lid was dripping all over the place, was offended when I asked for a lid... replacement. They tried to justify why Tim Hortons lids are supposed to be dripping. Made such a big deal about it??????? Allhe had to do was replace the lid Read more
Its usually busy but its in a convenient spot. Theres a good amount of seating.
Always have a bad experience here, several times did not get reward for purchase, staff are ok but something wrong with the... electronic, and when I took it up with corporate just an apology no retribution, in one incident they cancelled my rewards cardas if they were blaming me for the issue. Flies buzzing around baked goods on display. What?! Voiced my concerns to the people working the counter but they just scoffed... at me. Where are your customer service skills? Coffee was so-so. Those flies seemed to have a better work ethic than thestaff. Don't waste your hard-earned dollars at this location.
