After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line i got to the window and PAID for my farmers wrap and coffee. Waited another 5... minutes for them to come back to the window and tell me they are out of hashbrowns and cant make my wrap. 25 MINUTES I WAITED!WHAT WERE THEY DOING!? It was closed when I went at 10:10, should update the info so that people don?t have to wait at the window for 15 minutes only... to have the staff to look at them and ignore. I waited at the order screen for 5 minutes and went up to the window and waitedanother 10 minutes the girls didn?t even bother to just tell me it?s closed, (if they were closed) but the website showed itsopen for another couple hours. Best Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Everytime they make everything perfect and staff is excellent whenever I visit.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I come here every morning trying to give them a chance. I come every day between 6-630AM. I... wait at the window for A COFFEE for over 2 or 3 minutes.They never have anything made, and they have nothing made after 3pmeither so even if I try after work it?s a major Let down. Not only that I don?t think they have ever given me ANY fresh coffee.Ever. I swear they just heat up whatever is left in those giant coffee disposers now from previous night. But major reason forthis review is my coffee tasted like burnt cleaning supplies-if that makes sense. I did not have time to turn around for them to?fix? their mistake for an XL double double. Not sure what happened but for the last two days in a row my cold brew(5$) has leaked all over the place, it's kind of... ridiculous to be honest, but Tim Hortons probably saved 0.00003 cents per cup so that's good I guess Read more

The cashier suggested me for cinnamon cookies but it?s the worst cookie I ever had and when I complained to her just told me... sorry. Absolutely HORRIFIED! With a second chance! Read on.... Afternoon drive-thru employee (@ 4:25pm) was making my beverage ....... she sneezed with the lid in her hand. THAT'S CORRECT, she covered her mouth with the lid in same hand. Do I need to saymore? 'Word of mouth' is a powerful thing .... this situation calls for it. Went back in for a second chance at thislocation. This time, May 19th @ 4:30pm with SAME employee ... today got ripped off. Was charged for a cold brew vanilla, when acold brew original was the actual order. When confronted the employee, she insisted the price was the same .... It clearlystates $2.89 with tax $3.26 NOT $3.56. The price is not the real issue here, it is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will definitely bemaking sure everyone knows about my experience at this location. Management might want to reevaluate some current employees. Asthere a few good persons that work there. BUT the one I have encountered with twice has not been great look for this Tim Hortonslocation nor a great look for Tim Hortons brand. Read more
