We used to love U need a pita. But the opinion has since changed from My last few visits. Ordered two pitas for take out and... asked for the vegetables to be grilled. Nothing was grilled, there wasn?t much chicken either but there was whole lot of lettuceto make up for it. Overall both pitas were were terrible. It?s official, we will not be returning here anymore. I went in store to get takeout, and I got myself and my brother a Buffalo chicken rice bowl. I requested the chicken to be... crispy instead of grilled, and they gave me grilled. When I called and told them what happened, the server was veryunprofessional and rude and said that I told them to give me grilled chicken. They refused to give me a free one next time Iwould come in, instead told me to drive back 15 minutes and give them the old one to get a new one with crispy chicken. Be careful when using the debit machine! My daughter stopped in for a pita tonight and paid for it using debit. Before she was... handed the machine the employee already tipped himself from the options available. My daughter saw the receipts of previousorders and they were all like that. I understand that a tip is important but it should be up to the customer of how much theywould like to tip. Read more
I got the beyond meat burger and mozzarella sticks. This is my worst rating ever. The salt level in this restaurant is very... high. If you are willing to get dehydrated then you should try it. Plus they cook the veggie patty on the same grill as thebeef and fry the mozzarella sticks with the sausages/hotdogs. I would not recommend this for to anyone. Read more
We went once and loved it, just got back from there tonight for our second visit. A rush of people came in right after us, so... our order took forever. They started all the pitas for quite a few people, they were all lined up on the counter, my husband andI watched 3 staff repeatedly looking at the pitas, throwing out pitas, wrapping our pitas and bagging them, and then taking themout of the bag. So my husband asked if they were sure they had the right pitas when they were done because there was clearly amix up. The girl said she was sure, and there was no mix up. I got home to my pita that had completely leaked sauces everywhere,I got a MILD vegan taco. Unbeknownst to me, mine was one of the pitas that was thrown out, and instead of asking me to justre-select my toppings, the girl clearly tried to do it from memory ? after making many other pitas after mine. So needless tosay, all the toppings I didn?t ask for were on my pita. I especially hated the huge amount of jalapeño peppers she added to mymild pita. Edit** went back and they definitely fixed the problem! Glad to see they take their reviews seriously and are making the same... delicious food they use to! (Updated picture) Have been coming here since they first opened. Love the food but they just can'tseem to get it right anymore. The new guy barely puts topping in the pitas so you walk away with a bread pita. Went back thenext day and ask for mushroom and onion in the grill... Got onion and peppers. There is one girl who makes the food perfectlyso if you get the grumpy girl you will be satisfied. I don't blame her for being grumpy because look what she is dealing with. Read more
Was not impressed by customer service and lack of simple , cheap ingredients. The Subway besides this location has all the... ingredients available regardless of closing time. Shows how two franchises are run, Subway takes customer sevice andavailability of ingredients seriously. Good luck U need a pita. Read more
