Pretty disappointed in this experience. It took around 20 minutes for our server to take our drink orders (during a time where... there were only a few other tables)- in which we received glasses that were not washed out properly and a wrong drink. When wereceived our food the fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was not at all appetizing. We were also a table of 6 and ourbills at the end had things we didn't even order on it. Our server was nice, however, it seems like they need more serversworking to help out and maybe more attention to the food going out to customers. Read more
If i could rate less i would. Have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for someone to take our food order. We have asked a... few times and they have been rude each time. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. There is a concert on today so weunderstand waiting, but they are serving tables that had gotten there after us. They forgot to send my sides, so it was $48 for 2 lbs of wings. The wings were really good still.
Fish was crisp and hot on the outside and completely frozen on the inside. I then ordered the chilli poutine which lacked chilli... and was overloaded with extremely salty gravy. While the waitress was friendly and empathetic, her inexperience was quiteapparent. When the bill came, she said that the fish & chips price was still on the bill and actually asked me if I wanted tochange it to the poutine. Well of course I did since I didn?t end up eating the fish dish and the poutine was slightlycheaper. What bothered me was that I was still charged the meal even though it was a major (and amateur) mistake on the chef?send. Not even dessert was offered for the mistake and inconvenience. It?s my first time at a Wild Wings restaurant and it?ll bemy last. Imagine if I had chicken wings and that mistake was made. Salmonella, anyone?! Read more
Came here on a Tuesday at about 6pm. The one waitress/bartender was very friendly and did her job really well. Although there... were a lot of tables, she still managed to cater to my table?s needs. I got the Catch Me If You Can wings and Thai wings - bothwere made very well! I would definitely go here again for wings if I?m ever in town. Read more
Amazing place, great service super welcoming even at late hours. we drive from Oakville just to this location for the staff.... Great manager, great prices never disappointed coming here. Thank you again for the hospitality. Would definitely recommend fora great wing place. Quick and really good portions for the prices. Great location, clean bathrooms, clean tables even when superbusy they check up on you and make sure your drink is always full, nothing better. great social atmosphere everyone is veryfriendly and welcoming. 110% recommend checking this place out. I have been to this wild wing last night and I had a horrible experience. we ordered butter chicken wings and Hot wings they... said they have a deal going on for Boneless and we ordered that and the wings served were stale chicken on which they have thisdeal. First, they get it changed and bought another stale one we didn't have it and I was so hungry that I had salad on theside. I'm going to escalate this and the manager wasn't there and we heard the lady who served had a chat with the manager butthe manager said to tell them I'm not answering my phone. such a pathetic food and experience I would suggest everyone not tovisit this location at all and I'm going to take action against this manager. I'm having a hard time finding words for this review, even more difficult than finding service at this establishment the other... evening. My girlfriend, friend and I went in for a beer before a concert, and we waited at our table, which was dirty, for 15min. with absolutely ZERO acknowledgement from anyone. I than proceeded to stand at the bar for another 15 min. holding mywallet clearly in need of service. The 3 staff members stared blankly, and blatently AVOIDED serving me, for no reason. Whatproceeded next is embarassing. A patron sat down right beside where I had been standing for 15 minutes, waiting for almost 30minutes total now, And the bartender asked him what he would like to drink, instead of me. I had been patiently waiting, notsaying anything at all, trying to give them benefit of the doubt. I dont know the manager, owner, or any workers there. It wasmy 1st visit, but, in all truth, I have never experienced such amateur hour service in what is supposed to be a proudchain. Egregious and embarassing is short of what was actually experienced that evening. The 3 of us will never go back, andwill surely be telling all of our friends not to go either. Its quite sad... **customers at both neighbouring tables stated thesame problems, as well as others ** DO NOT GO HERE. P.S.
