Let me first say I'm glad the community has an Asian option in dining choices. This restaurant however is trying to be too many... things at once. They have an identity crisis. Just outside is a prominent sign indicating they offer Chinese, Japanese, Koreanand Canadian cuisine. The layout of the restaurant is quite unusual where many levels are apparent. The restaurant is large butstill too small or poorly organised and you see boxes of supplies stacked in plane sight. The food was ok but the ribs werereheated and tough to chew yet flavorful. The Chop Suey had huge chunks of Bok Choy but I just assumed it was the chef's styleof food preparation. I read some reviews that highly recommended the egg rolls. I was let down a bit when I saw they were theprepared frozen kind. The plum sauce served with them was a very unnatural color and served in one of those paper mouthwashcups. After all this I still did enjoy the meal and was glad I tried the offerings. Read more

I really really really wanted to give this place a high rating because the staff is so friendly but I have to be honest. My egg... roll looked and tasted like the kind you find in the frozen isle at the supermarket. My chicken balls were raw in the middle andI do believe previously frozen. The rice I think was from yesterday's lunch special very dry. The highlight was the watermelongiven to us at the end I am sorry I do not recommend this place. Read more
Great Vietnamese soup, a really interesting change for breakfast, plus Asian pork dumpling. The American style food was great... too. Dave had french toast. It was inexpensive too. Our friendly server turned out to be one of the chefs. Read more
