The Maxille 417 location, as well as the Alexandria location , are two of the worst Tim's ever. No matter the time you go, the... service is always slow both drive through and in store. Maxville 417 rarely offers drive through anymore and you need to go in.It's too bad there's not any other options to grab a quick coffee and muffin or bagel etc. Alexandria usually only have 1service cash open in store. I don't blame the staff many of whom are new in training but the owner needs to be more responsiblefor his / her business. I really think twice about going to Tim's when I see the long lineups. I also recently visited Tim's inRussell on 2 occasions and I found it was excellent from a service perspective. It was properly staffed and you only had to waita few minutes. Tried to order, 2 of us in store to order 1 at each cash box apparently mine was closed?? Why is till lit up Response was there... is a closed sign pointing at nothing no sign! When she looked no apology? I swear some of these people are challenged. The othertill now 6 people in that line. I don't need this garbage and left Tim Horton's is getting worse closing walk in, wont serve youwalking drive thru only, drive thru isn't big enough for me and others that stop and waste our time. horrible service, always a 20minute line up inside. If there drive thru is working it?s at lease 15min wait. Truckers stop in... here for fuel and coffee and a snack. We do not got all day to stand around! Most truckers will go without anything because theydon?t got time to get anything to drink or eat due to line up! Get a truckers express line so we can get in and out! I?mcurrently in line and I been here 20 minutes already! Elog is ticking away. Do better this is embarrassing! If your gonna have atim Hortons at a truck stop, cater to the truckers first! Read more
I went in to grab the 2 of the new Pumpkin Spice Ice Capp. Well I ended up with two normal ice Capps, no pumpkin spice... flavoring, no whip cream and no drizzle on top. Sad considering for two cost me over $10. They were still good, just not what Iordered or paid for. Read more
Service might move a bit quicker if all the kids in the back "cleaning" helped the lady up front serve. Honestly they kids at... the back didn't seem all that busy and were very loud. It would take a few minutes to help serve coffee and get the line moving. Read more
A bit disappointed in our visit here today. Line up was taking quite long to work through. Distancing was not being enforced... (however this is also a customer issue - people should be following the guidelines!). Had a fairly simple order - a coffee, amuffin, and an apple juice. Waited about 10 mins. Got handed the coffee and the muffin, and had to remind them about the juice.Was handed a warm one out of a case (kind of gross). Also, whoever suggested, at the corporate level, that the sugar chunksshould be taken off of the chocolate chip muffins should be fired. I've been eating those muffins for a longgg time - and it wasthe perfect balance of crunch and soft and sweet. I will not be eating them anymore without the sugar on top. I honestly wouldn?t even give this one star . This is by far the worst Tim?s ever. the manager working on December 9th 2022 was... the worst . Her negative energy and comments are ridiculous. The owner of this Tim Hortons should be doing something aboutthis . I waited 20 mins if not longer in line since the drive is closed . I?m assuming it?s cause no one wants to work with thatawful energy she Carry?s ?. Instead of serving customers they take there sweet as time to complain about how there under paid ?.If You don?t like ur job there?s plenty more out there ?.. for reals someone has to do something about this .
