If the girl with purple and blue hair is the one making your food then you may aswell assume it?s been half torn up in the... process or made incorrectly, me and my family members go here daily and i don?t think I?ve ever seen her do a single thingright. She?s rude and just genuinely doesn?t care about what she serves you or how she does it. Read more

For the most part, pretty good with staff and their products. Huge let down with how many people they have at the till behind... the counter. Line up gets 10 people long and still one person taking orders at the counter versus the 5 they have at the drivethrough window. Read more

Reasons for 1 out of 5 stars: ? looks nice and is clean ? always slow ? the Tim Hortons app allows for curbside pickup at this... location... But apparently they don't do curbside pick up. I waited for at least 10 minutes in the parking lot. Eventually Ibrought my crying newborn baby inside and asked if my food was ready and they had it on the counter waiting. The girl workingsaid they don't have curbside pickup. I said that their app offers it and it would have been nice if someone even peeked outsideto check for the customer with the described vehicle on the receipt. I asked if somebody could help me carry the food to the carso that I take the baby. I tried to plan this pickup but it definitely backfired. As I waited, many customers came to the door, saw how big the lineup was, and left. This location is losing on lots of business due to service times and customer flowmanagement. ? my previous visit included a long wait for a sandwich that was on a modified bread as per their request becausetheir lunch bread hadn't come in yet. I walked four employees watch another employee make it...they were all standing arounddoing literally nothing but watching the other two employees manage the customers. And my sandwich on modified as per theirrequest was wrong. The customer in front of me left without ordering once they found out there was no lunch meat when orderingat the counter. If I were the business owner or manager of this location I would want to know these things. As a customer, Irecommend others go to another location. Please change the curbside option on the app. Read more

I was there on Saturday August 6th, 2022 at approximately 10:45 am until about 11:30 am with the driver of the Mary Morton... Tours' bus, for which I was the escort for the day. We went inside to have our breakfast. After we placed and paid for ourorders, we waited a long time, then after asking, found out they had not even been placed after we paid. The 20ish lady staffmember we dealt with was unconcerned and borderline rude. There were ample staff on duty (9 at least by our count), and it wasnot very busy inside or at the drive-through. This outlet looks nice, with a patio with chairs, but definitely needs amanagement change and staff retraining. Read more

I work close by so I?ve tried many nights to buy a coffee from 9pm-10:15pm and no one?s ever in the st. Jacobs store. I?ve... waited at the counter for 10 mins 3 different occasions and nothing. It?s like they went home and left the store open. I don?tbother even stopping there to check anymore. Read more

I have witnessed the owner of this Tim Hortons swear at her staff and give poor service. I will never be back here again, or at... least until they get new management. She is very unprofessional and I feel bad for her staff that are stuck working for her. Read more

Not this Store in particular but most of Tim Hortons are heading in the wrong direction. Drive thru is slow and inside service... is even slower. They seem to be operating like it?s still the height of Covid. Only one person working one till. Read more

The location doesn't look like a standard Tim's - it looks cute outside and has a little outside patio. We live in the area and... see folks sitting outside and chatting. It's nice. Classic Tim's, in a slightly different setting. But, with all of that goingfor it, we're not sure why this location is a bit of a miss on the Tim Horton's experience. The only thing that's beenconsistent is that they consistently can't get the order right. We've probably been there 30 times over a span of 3 years, andHALF of those time there's an issue with our order. We've ordered tea and have been served coffee. Ordered double doubles butserved black. Missing food items, someone else's order - you name it, we've had it. So please, CHECK your order before youleave. The most common issue we encounter is so strange to us. You place an order at the call box, and then arrive at thewindow and the staff advise you that they're out of what we've ordered and have to substitute. This happens so often and wedon't get why they wouldn't say up front when you order. There's also unusually high staff turnover at this location. But hey, bright side: They're always hiring! ????
