The girl gave me and my girlfriend such attitude when we came... in, kept looking at her watch, and just felt generally annoyed we came in. I have to share my horrific experience here. Yesterday, I came here to get a smoothie! I was so excited as I had such a craving.... So I pull into the lot and try to open the door, but it's locked! I figured that they were closed but the open sign was on, andit said online that they close at 10pm. I was confused so I waited in my car for a moment, until I see an employee. So, I go upto the door, and she starts SCREAMING at me. I couldn't understand what she was saying as the door was closed and she had amask on. She must have repeated herself 4 or 5 times, as I just can't understand. As I stand there, absolutely HUMILIATED, sheyells AGAIN! I motion that I can't hear her, so she takes down her mask and yells "WE'RE CLOSED!!" I was confused about thehours so I said back, "I thought you closed at 10?" and she starts slamming her hands onto the counter like a wild ape, and sheproceeds to take a smoothie that was sitting on the counter next to her that had tipped over with all the banging, and she HURLSit at the door where I was standing and it hits the glass door right in front of my face and EXPLODES on impact, it was soscary. I ran back into my car as I hear her screaming to the top of her lungs inside the store. I was so scared and upset. Howcould you get that mad at a customer? I will never be back and I'll always remember her face, seeing it look so mad just momentsbefore the smoothie exploded on the door and obscured my vision. I am rattled. Read more
My experience here was quite special... in a bad way of course. My partner and I had taken booster shots. The employee didn't... seem to know what I was talking about even though it's something on the menu... After serving the first booster, we waited agood 10 minutes for the second one, only for the waitress to realize that she had forgotten it... of course no excuses and thebooster was served with a lot of attitude (hit the cup on the counter and walk away rolling your eyes). So that's what theyteach employees in training? To be as rude as possible when you?re wrong? Very unpleasant employee that I would avoid for sureif I see her in this store (red hair and glasses, I'm talking about you). To be avoided absolutely. Read more

Asked for 2 Orangsicles, one with energy boost, one with energy boost and warrior boost. The server then put booth shots for one... in with 2 of the drinks and then i asked her to remake them. She remade one. So I payed for 2 shots in one and got half a shotof each at best. Some poor customer service, will not be returning to this location (Hamlyn Rd) again if the same server isthere, would rather go across town. Read more
I love booster juice so much it?s my favorite fast food restaurant ever, I love the protein option and it just tastes so good!... There food options are also very tasty and not super unhealthy. Read more
UPDATE: I'm changing from a 2 star to 1. I visited this location this weekend and it was as awful as ever! The veggie hummus... wrap had different ingredients than all other locations I've been to, it was unappetizing, it had a long blonde hair in it aswell. My smoothie was watery and heavy. Despite my booster ball being good and the two female servers being polite, it's 100%the worst Booster Juice in Newfoundland and I don't reccomend it to anyone. ORIGINAL: I go to Booster Juice often. I go tovarious locations around the Island and so far Topsail Road is the worst location in Newfoundland. The service is terrible andso is the food and drink. The smoothies are almost always like water. I've recieved wraps that weren't on the grill long enoughand never applied hummus. I've gotten charged incorrectly and given incorrect change. Although polite, the workers often seemlike they don't want to be there or they don't care. I've gone to this location many times and recieved the same experience withseveral different workers. This review is not based on only a couple of times. I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1 just because Iactually get what I ordered (though poor quality) and the workers are polite. I have faith in this location but if things don'tchange for the better, I won't be back. Read more
All I'm saying is, never once went there and the people didn't look like they wanted to off themselves. Sub par service.
